I just showed up on Tuesday morning at 715 without calling. We had been away all weekend and my car’s engine light came on while we were driving in the mountains. Fun! I left the car there. They actually were able to look at it later that day and had it diagnosed and fixed by the next day. They even gave me a loaner car for the night which was so helpful. Truly amazing service and communication. This was my first time there and I’m no longer going anywhere else. Thank you!

Excellent friendly customer service. I had my 2 grandsons and one admired a firetruck in the case and the owner gave him one! I also had a plastic piece dislodge from undercarriage and they fixed it without an appointment, No Charge. I have used hilltop which also own and now Tommy Carr. Check them out ~!

I've lived in Chalfont for 6 years and I would always drive by Tommy Carr but I never went until last year. Last July I was on my way into work but I happen to stop by the bank first. I notice my car was making some weird noises and as I drove to the shopping center, my car began to stop on me. Luckily I was able to get the car parked in a safe location. I called AAA and they first were able to get my car to Mavis Tires which was right up the street because I would usually go there. They couldn't find out what was wrong with my car. They told me I needed the whole engine replaced. I didn't think so and everyone was suggesting it was my head gaskit. I still wasn't sure what it was but one of my friends suggested for me to take it to Tommy Carr. AAA managed to get my car to Tommy's and I had to leave it there. I was fortunate to get a rental car. Tommy was backed up with cars, boats, vans, mobile homes and all. I could see why everyone goes to him. Anyway, Tommy looked at my car and told me it was the timing chain, not belt, the chain! Tommy explained to me what it was and he said he could have it fixed. I didn't have all the money at the time, but he let me pay in installments. That to me spoke VOLUMES of who Tommy is. I'm truly grateful to Tommy and his very helpful staff. I will continue to take my car to him and no other! Tommy Carr is the BEST!
