I’ve bought Off-road vehicles from several businesses previously. This place has the worse customer service out of the bunch. Prices are marked up above other dealer prices. You buy the machine plus freight and handling plus dealer fee, because they can.

I'm a Massachusetts resident and it is hard to find parts for my 2000 Kawasaki ZX12R ninja. I purchased carbon brushes for starter motor. 15 days ago and Tom Parker the owner.true to his word sent me another carbon brush.that was lost in the mailing system.great guy!

I went there for wheel bearings and specifically told them year and model.comes out with them and theyre 3x bigger and only had two in there and were different sizes.

I just bought 4new sxs tires and what a great deal I'll be back fast to get me in and out great prices and people thank you

Just picked up a 2017 can am maverick x3 turbo last night and couldn't be any more happier with it would recommend anyone to toms cycle!

Did excellent work on my motorcycle and it's back on the road. They rebuilt 4 carbs and replaced a leaking petcock valve. The reason for 3 stars. I wasn't expecting a full tank of gas when I picked it up. It would've, however been nice to have enough gas in the tank to make it to the closet gas station a quarter mile away without pushing it there. And, to the mechanic that told me it runs cold, no that was a lack of fuel. Once I had a full tank ran like a charm.

They do great work, but don't expect it to be cheap or fast. 9am appointment for a tire and oil change took 2 hours and 18 mins they marked up the tire I got 10% and charged me for 1 and a half hours of labor came out to 372$ smh talk about a rip off! I had to keep asking how it was going to be brushed off like I wasn't spending money there, I don't know how people run businesses and have zero customer service, the only person to smile and help me was the Mechanic Don, great guy. Other than that sad experience to say the least. Make an appointment only to be jerked around.

Good place good staff that's worked there for a while they know their stuff a little bit expensive but that's anything with a engine.

Purchased a 2010 motorcycle and had a low tread back tire. They said they would replace it. They did. Salesman said he would go all over bike and we trusted him. 4200.00 bucks for bike. We put a little over 1000 miles and had a clunking in rear wheel.

Long story short the bearing on left side of axle had failed because his shop never greased the bearing, which Yamaha requires every 16000 miles or when tire changed it should be inspected or greased.

We paid out of pocket for parts and so did Tom's Cycle. He wanted more money for his end of his mechanics mistake.

Rear axle got hot enough to melt it out of shape and was ready to snap. We had to cut the axle to get the wheel off.

Glad it didnt snap on a left hand curve!

Owner said his guys cant inspect everything!

Will not go back. Was seriously thinking of buying a new bike off showroom floor.

Great company to buy from there parts guys are absolutely stellar, bought a bike from them great company to work with no hassle no loop holes just a down right good company. Will be giving them all my business!
