Quick, cost-effective, efficient, well-drawn as-built plans provided by Ian were invaluable to me in legalizing a 1910 duplex I purchased that had never been legalized. I highly recommend Toner Architects.

I called them for a project that i have to build, they said they can help me with that, they asked me to fill up a form online and they will call me back. They never did, i call back to find out if they still want to help and they didn't answer my call. Very disappoint, i don't have a problem with paying.
