Tony's Pizza Palace reviews
20The woman who answers the phone has little to no decorum. We didn't feel very welcomed and overheard her talking about a customer, very loudly. Just because you're used to talking to your family/friends like that doesn't mean you speak to your paying customers like that or about them in front of other customers. Also, other customers felt uncomfortable, too. They were making faces at her talking very loudly, and made eye contact with me and showed they also weren't ok with her behavior. Luckily, the pizza was good, so we weren't completely disappointed.
Just want you would want from a pizza joint. Great pies. Perfectly cooked fries. Very very tasty Buff Chicken Cheesesteak.
Love Tony’s food so much! Everything is handmade and very delicious. Best pizza I’ve ever had in my life! The staff is very kind and professional
I always have loved Tony's for a long time now so I can and will make sure that If I have the opportunity to get a chance to talk and be able to get the best of the best pizza
Terrible costumer service. Tried to order through the phone and the women who answered the phone could not have been more rude and unpleasant. Kept messing up a simple order of 2 pizzas ️, she even insulted me. In the end, I just said okay never mind. I am hanging up now. After moving to the area we decided to try this place and support local businesses but I have to say we will never order from there and with all the many pizza places around it is very easy not to care about this local business.
This pizzeria has the nicest people and some of the best cheese steak hoagie.
I ordered the white pizza and it was delicious. The crust was thin and enough crispy edge to make my slice better.
Menu selection is great. It’s always fresh!
Prices are very reasonable for the deliciousness.
Location is easy to get to. It’s in a very busy main road close to the train tracks.
Parking is very minimal- maybe three that’s in front of their shop.
It’s a pizza shop to try out.
I had a serious craving for a cheesesteak. I stopped in on my way home and figured I would give this place a try. The BEST decision I made. I don't eat cheesesteaks that often but this is the best one I've had in years hands down.
Family oriented, best pizza in town. Fast friendly service. Great food and parking behind the restaurant.
Best pizza in town. In fact it’s the best pizza I’ve had since I moved to the Philadelphia area 6 years ago. Literally eating their pizza right now. Phenomenal.
This pizza is… sooo… good. The crust is chewy, crispy and flavorful- the best part and the best for miles by far. The other parts are good too, but on the wrong day it can be a little undercooked, or a little cheese heavy. That said, there have been days that it is just up there with the best pizza I’ve ever had. VERY highly recommend. Remember your CASH!
Absolutely perfect nyc pizza made right. Pizza review guy Dave would definitely like this!
Great stuff
Slices are super small and expensive. The don’t take cards force you to use their ATM Tthat charges you have 2.50. Two very small pepperoni slices coupled with ATM cost me $10. Pizzas was ok, not worth $5 a slice
Best NY style pizza I've had anywhere in PA! I've tried dozens, mostly closer to or inside of Philly. They aren't this good.
I know a thing or 2, I'm from NY!
This place is amazing, the best pizza I’ve ever had. The regular pepperoni was to drool over no joke. Great variety of pizzas and other meal options, I hope to try them all! Check this place out you won’t be disappointed!
One of the best pizza place we love! They are fast, they are such a cool folks who makes awesome pizza! Highly recommend pepperoni and special pizzas!
Well I give it five stars a great family great food but of course I grew up in North Wales and I've known Tony and his family for over 40 years. Love you Familia
I grew up in north wales and can confidently express just how good Tony's pizza is. It seriously destroys all other pizza in the area.you would literally have to drive 250 miles to get a quality slice of pie just as good as tonys. Absolutely delicious pizza that will keep bringing you back for more. (Mic drop)
Omg the cheesesteaks here are amazing. The bread is so soft and the meat is definitely tender plus they know how to melt the cheese on the steak. 10/10 definitely come here for the best steaks in North Wales
I have worked near this restaurant for the last few years, so I occasionally get lunch from here, and the food has always been terrific. The restaurant is family run, and everyone is usually quite friendly.
Their pizza is quite good (both normal and the thicker Sicilian pizza) and they usually have a few selections available by the slice, around lunch time at least. They have excellent sandwiches also, such as their cheesesteaks, chicken parm and especially the Italian hoagie.
The only thing that keeps them from being five stars is the pricing, which is a bit high in my opinion. The sandwiches are several dollars more than the places by my house, with equivalent quality and quantity. I still go here for lunch, but not very frequently due to the price. Also, they are cash only, which may present a problem if you're not prepared for this.
Very good pizza. Nice crispy crust and generous toppings. My go to pizza spot in North Wales. Today I had a pizza slice with sweet peppers and another with mushrooms.
