I needed roadside and progressive was sending them out to me.after many hours of sitting in a car with 3 kids and trying to call them and being kicked to voicemail after 2 rings, (o and voicemail is not set up) i finally called and had someone new assigned to me.this place is a hot mess, stay away if you can, they are bad business and i would not refer my worst enemy to them. STAY AWAY

These ppl never came to pick up my car that was stranded. Ppl don’t waist your time with this company. It should be shut down. And they never pick up the phone.
