Top of the Hill Apartments

Currently living here now & have not had air since July 5th. 3 weeks later we are still living without air - in the middle of July with 90 degree weather. Do not recommend living here since they clearly do not care about their residents!

Pros: good school for those who have kids; conveniently located to supermarkets.

Cons: they started to charge $80 per maintenance service. Not only the noise isolation is poor between floors but also the the rent for 1 bedroom is very high.

This is the worst place to live. They don't even take care af the building.we were 5 days without gas and electricity druing winter time and they could care less. Their maintenance is the worst my dishwasher broke, then I had to wash dishes by hand for 4 months, because they tried fixing it and didn't know how, so it took them 4 months to replace it. My ceiling fan was broken and the tub wasn't working properly it took them 1 month to fix the fan and still wating on my tub. They never change the filters on the AC and my outside door was jammed on a sunday and the maintenance was nowhere to be found. He finally showed up and had to break the door for me to get ou. Two weeks after they sent me $500 bill for the door. Save yourself the hustle and look somewhere else.

My son lived there for year and a half, very nice place. Great neighborhood. A little disappointed them charged him for month of July, when they were given 45 day notice. The place was spotless when he left. Thanks

Don't rent here! Office personnel nice but useless. Several times a year, No Water. Can't take a shower, brush your teeth or make a cup of coffee. Bad response to maintenance calls. Ceiling caved in with water pouring over furniture due to slow response to a leak. Office doesn't follow up after writing complaint. Some issues take years to correct. Cars towed by incompetent tow company. Parking after 6pm atrocious.

It's awful apartment! The service is very bad. Never move to this appartment. I lived more than 5 years there. No I moved, I told to office 1.5 months before I move. Now they want that I pay a half price of months for June. I moved 20 May and gave the key to office. NEVER move to this appartment!

I’ve been living in these apartments for 10 years everything is fine until there’s a serious problem and the office will not help you. Can’t wait till I move from this place

This place really great,
You have everything near, School, ACME, PetCo, Staples, Fivebellow or, dollar tree and etc.
Also good quite neighborhood.
