Topgolf, Bridgeville PA

Not happy. I called right before leaving for topgolf. We were staying 45 minutes away. They told us no wait at all not busy come on over. When we arrive they told us 1 hr 30 min wait and there as nothing they could do. They we tried to eat and the restaurant and no one would help.

We had an awesome time at TopGolf for my son's 13th Birthday. Great food, great service, and great fun. Two kids that went with us had never been golfing before and they had a blast. Thanks to everybody for a great night especially our waiter Jacouri!

Although my fiance and I have been to this location multiple times and have experience poor customer service from no one taking our order for over 25 minutes on a slow day to staff members ignoring guests, I still wanted to use this location as a fun activity for my family members in February. Due to my group having 14 individuals instead of 12, I was required to put in an event request. I was told that the only option for food for this event would be the platter options. Upon reviewing the platters, I let the sales manager know that a few of my guests have food sensitivities and allergies. I asked if there were any accommodations that could be made or at the very least, could the item that my guest is allergic to be removed from the platter before It arrives at our bay.

The sales manager told me that there was nothing they could do for guests with food allergies. I asked to speak with another person to confirm this and I was given the contact information of the director, Christine. I have attempted to contact Christine by phone and by email multiple times with no response in over a week. I was told 3 days ago by a sales manager that she would be reaching out right away, but I have yet to hear from anyone.

Update 12/2/2021: I have reached out to support twice who said my question was being escalated. Still have not heard back from anyone.

We had a party here. The waitress was really good. The computers and design is also really nice. My suggestion is to post clarifying instructions, better explaining how to work the computer.
I also discovered I am terrible at golf. I'm not sure but rubber golf Tee could be part of my issue. Mostly, I just suck @ golf!

First time ever going to Topgolf. This is a fun time. I think this is a rather new location because they're rather disorganized. Just went as a party of 2 at 4 PM on a Friday. Had to wait an hour and a half to get a bay but they did say the wait could take an hour to an hour and a half. It was odd b because very many bays were open, like way more than they would need for reservations, yet they still made us wait. They sent me a text after an hour saying that our bay was ready but when I went to the check-in desk, they said that they were still "cleaning it off for us". With no word/text from them for another half hour, I went back to the desk where they said they had to check something first. A few minutes later they said we could go to our bay and told us where to walk. We go downstairs and there are at least 20 more empty bays open. We get to our bay and attempt to figure out how the sign-in and golfing machines work. We're getting things set up the best we can for about 5 minutes when our waitress came to our table. She was nice. She asked if anyone had guided us to our bay or shown us anything. She was kind of surprised when we told her that nothing like that happened. She explained a few things but not everything. We ordered drinks and she left for a while. Once we started to actually hit some balls it was very fun. I think they might have been understaffed as well because food and drink orders took a while each time. We were ordering beers and premade margaritas. We attempted to extend our time but the machine wouldn't let us. I had to flag down the nearest employee I could find to ask if we could extend. He was helpful and extended our time for us. We will go to Topgolf again but this location has a lot of kinks to iron out.

Topgolf is such a fun time to hang with friends and be frustrated with hitting a ball. Ha! This location is really impressive! The staff is friendly and constantly available to serve you. The food was excellent and the entire complex was clean. Grab a group of people and enjoy a bit of competition and a lot of laughs!

TopGolf Pittsburgh is a place you HAVE TO VISIT at least TWICE A MONTH! Visited my first TopGolf in 2014 while in Dallas and it was such a great and memorable time! I was ecstatic when one finally came to Pittsburgh! I frequent this place and other than them taking the chicken and waffles from the menu (which was amazing by the way!), I’ve never been disappointed because TopGolf doesn’t disappoint! I just took three friends there on Labor Day for a guys day. None of them had ever been before and they were skeptical. Let’s just say they’re all fans now and can’t wait until the next guys day/night! There’s fun for everyone and also a decent selection of delicious food and tasty beverages! They also have cornhole, foosball, giant jenga, and an awesome gift shop! Staff are always friendly and helpful and the service is excellent! The pricing is very fair and if you split the cost with 6 people max in a bay, then it’s super affordable! If you enjoy golf, driving golf balls or just getting out and trying something new and fun, I highly recommend TopGolf Pittsburgh!

Prices are the same as other locations but this location does not have the TopTracker that records speeds and distances. Food was good. Beer is pricey.

Horrible experience, waited in the dining area for 45 minutes waiting to be served and no one decided to show up so we decided to wait in our car instead. On our way out we asked for an update on how long our wait for the bay was going to be, and the host gave us a bunch of attitude. We decided that it was no longer worth the hassle and left before we even got the bay.

They kicked me out because of my religious beliefs. It made me quite upset and wanted to jump off the third floor and end myself.

Terrible customer service. Very strict on reservation times. Despite having no wait time, they refused to move our party to a walk in bay as we were running late so that we could possibly play for longer. If you are late for your reservation, your time starts without you.

The server Kolby was very rude and nasty. Our reservation started at 7: 15. He greeted us and asked if we wanted to order drinks. He ask for both of our ID. Then say you guys look old. I’m 31 and my wife is 27. I was very offended. The rest of our party was a few minutes late. He rolled his eyes when we told him that. And said it’s not gonna be a great experience then. Because everybody needs to be here on time. I felt like that was very rude to say. And I was very uncomfortable. Then when the rest of my party got there he reminded them again that they are late and it’s not gonna be a good experience. And if they wanted to drink they need to hurry up. By this time it’s 8: 35 and I have the bay until 9: 15. He was talking and smiling to both of the tables next to us and didn’t really acknowledge us. Plus my wife stated that it was my birthday and he didn’t even say happy birthday. And they sang happy birthday to two other tables. Me and my guest could not have fun because all we talked about was the horrible service. My bill only was 124 dollars and I still tipped him 25 dollars. Very disappointing at the service also it was my birthday and didn’t have fun instead I was uncomfortable and your establishment.

My son took me to Topgolf for my birthday and it was GREAT! The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was excellent, and the games were a lot of fun! A great place for families and celebrations.

A group of 4 of us got there and checked in at 4: 00 on Saturday to reserve a bay. The gentleman checked us in and told me that it was a 2 hour wait which was clearly expected. At 7: 30 I received a text message that the bay will soon be ready. We waited over 3-1/2 hours.

In talking with another guy at the bar he told me that he has been waiting 3 hours + for a “2” hour wait list.

Just a heads up

First time visiting. Absolutely a fantastic experience and will be back. Staff courteous and professional, clean environment, and lots to do.

The servers were awesome! Accommodated our whole party, Maryann was our waitress and she was a big sweetheart ️️ Give that woman a raise! Lol We had a blast today!
