It was great except our machine Glitched but the manager replaced our time plus a few minutes. We had a lot of fun.

The golfing itself was great. The service was horrible. Took us over an hour to get our appetizers we ordered. Drinks took forever as well

You have to Pay to Reserve online but somehow get charged hundreds of dollars more once you get there, including money just for being there your first time. No one greeted us at the front counter. Then We waited ten to fifteen minutes at the bar just standing there. No one greeted us or made eye contact. Once we got to our bay, we waited twenty minutes just for someone to show up (one of our friends had to go flag someone down to help us). The server said he was late because he had to clean up another table. He barely showed us how any thing worked. He was rude and condescending. He asked for my friends ID and questioned her about her age even though we didn't order a drink from him. It was a really horrible experience

Driveing rage computerized screen that shows you the distance speed and height and full drinks and food menu TVs that have sports on not very cheep but fun and includes foosball table in waiting area and a bar!

Go play mini golf instead, you'll save money and have more fun.

Justin or whatever his name was at bay 203 last night was disrespectful and mouthy.

He was 18 minutes late and was completely unprofessional to add to it.

You have to put down 20% online then pay the rest in person which we didn't know.
My friends sister hit 1 ball

He claimed he had to go get his manager after making the smart remark "if you guys don't have a card, how did you pay for your drink? Then checks our ID's that were already checked at the bar.

Comes back with his manager, the manager didn't say much, I was distracted by him running his disrespectful and unprofessional mouth.

Asking for me ID for the second time, responding with "you're 30? ! "me yes, I know I don't look it. Meanwhile he looks like he's not even old enough to drink.

He wasted so much of our time it was 8: 38 by the time he was done with the manager problem and my friend paid $140 something so her sister could play, they went to cheer her up because they just lost their family dog

We should have got up and left but just paid it,
I stated there should be clarification on that you have to pay the rest when you get there and he gets smart with me again and says "There is on the 3 documents you signed" in a condescending tone.

My response "I signed nothing"
Also he's at fault for letting us start the game with out full payment.

Everyone ended up in a bad mood and it could have been avoided if he was more professional and didn't act like a complete a-hole.

We should have left,
Awful service and the manager should have told him to shut his mouth and let her handle it but he was clearly trying to show off in front of her.

I am really disappointed to write this review. I've had wonderful experiences at another location, but really this time was a complete miss by TopGolf. We are regulars, we're there at least a few times a month. Never were we told we couldn't extend time. We told our server of our intentions to stay another hour the moment we arrived. Service was good overall, despite cold food, everything was going well. Then the 15 min warning passes, there is no server and when she does show, there were no options to extend. Not even an offer to book another bay. It felt like we were rushed out while we were intending to spend more money. Very disappointing experience. This location has some work to do to match the service levels of other locations.

Well first off I’ve had 2 events here and both weee complete disappointments. First service was horrible slow drinks and uneducated servers, the food was not great and pricey. Server tried to guilt trip tipping on golf play when they did nothing at all to assist with the golf!

Also just found out today there was a large bird/hawk trapped in their obtrusive net all day with no call to any animal control or rescue while people hit golf balls at it. This is so horrible I can’t even believe it, hopefully they get run out of KOP and take down the eyesore of a net!

Honestly, it was a terrible experience. I went with my boyfriend and the kids to celebrate his birthday as they all love Golf. The place is super well-equipped and was promising to have a great experience. We arrive there and the receptionist cannot locate my booking! We arrive at the bay and the count down starts and then we discover that the ball machine is not working. They fix it quickly and then in few minutes, the heating is not working but then they fix it quickly. After we finish the game, we go order lunch. We waited for the lunch for 50 min and it never came. We complained twice to two managers who did not even apologize for the delay. I honestly don't understand their cost structure charging money to make a reservation and charging if you were a first player!

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with our experience. Our server, James, was terrific, but the management was shady. I made a reservation a few days in advance to celebrate Veteran’s Day with my dad, who is an Army Vet. I arrived 10 minutes before our res and went to our bay when assigned. There was a party there that was sat by the manager (who they are friends with). The manager treated us as if we had done something wrong, and we eventually got placed at another bay, now 15 minutes into our reservation time. The manager told us we could have that time back at the end. But alas - we were kicked out when the “2 hours” was up. Sure, it was just 15 minutes, but it was super frustrating as we paid for the full-time, and due to something the management did, we didn’t get our full-time to play. Really put a damper on an otherwise fun night.

We waited 2 hours to get to the golfing which wasn’t a problem really.but we decided that we wanted to eat to kill time we ordered our food.we waited extremely to long the 2 hours had passed and we were golfing.we were still waiting for our food.our golfing time was up and still no food.so we talked to the staff and they was that our food was coming to now we we’re waiting at the table then soon later the staff told us our food was canceled.

A group of us visited for the first time to celebrate a belated birthday and we all had a great time. Our server Hunter was awesome and was very helpful. We ordered a few different appetizers to share between the table and lots of drinks, everything came out perfect. We will most definitely be back!

Took off a star because the tees are like 1/4 of an inch tall. Making it impossible to use a driver off of. They say it's because they can't have people hitting the ball over the net. Not my problem, pay to have a higher net? Had to use a 3 wood and lower - couldn't practice using my driver.

Terrible, food took forever and the waitstaff is clearly not trained. They have no answers and that starts from the top

Service was atrocious. The wrong food was brought to our table several times, as if it was somehow our fault that the server messed up her tables. The game itself was fun, but wouldn’t suggest dining there. Unless you want to eat undercooked chicken tenders.

It’s fun. The food is decent bar food. The scoring for the basic game is puzzling, but there are lots of game’s to play. Angry birds is fun. They have a decent beer selection too. We were there in early November and the heaters keep you plenty warm. We went to celebrate a friends birthday and they brought out charcuterie and other apps that were really good.

An amazing family day and we'll definitely be back. It is expensive, but we thought it was worth every dollar.
