TOPS Friendly Markets, Bradford PA

I feel their prices are steep compared to other stores. Was not enough cashier's so the wait in line was too long being the cashier also had to wait for the manager to use her keys and pin. The entire shopping experience while listening to children screaming and crying, then being stuck in long line waiting to check out was horrible.

Could find everything I needed casher was great begged my item and put them in the shopping cart for me

Always have good deals with their digital coupons and bonus cards. Love looking at the unique finds from plants to decorations. I forgot my bonus card on one trip and the cashier scanned one for me although I didn't get the points I still got the deals.

Very busy today. Food very good, usually good selection. A bit pricey over the competition, but they do come up with some great sales which brought us in there. Service at register was slow though. Very friendly but sometimes you want to get in and get out. Store organized and clean. And large selection of ethnic foods.

The girl in the cafe was really not happy to wait on us she had an attitude one lady walked out so I rate the expriance 0 stars

Have been disappointed the last few times that I have been there. They have less variety, but spread items out to make it look like more. Always have been able to buy half-caffiene coffee there, but the last few times that I have been there, they do not have it.

EVERYONE THERE IS SUPER NICE! They'll help you out with absolutely anything! You need help finding etc. They can help you find etc. EVEN IF ITS JUST SOME AUTOMOTIVE MAINTENANCE THINGS!

I've had problems there before with past date food and still find some on shelves at times. Had me looking at dates from now on.

Love there Pesto salad! Deli and a place to sit eat. Easy to find things pleasure to shop there. Good sales. Prices for bakery items are very high! Better prices for bakery goods at Walmart. Very fresh fruit and vegetables and sales on produce! Good parking lot and they sell gas and give discount when you shop in the store toward gas. Should be open 24 hours like Walmart.

I love Tops. Prices a little high tho in comparison. Always get my seriously sharp cheese. Friendly staff!

I went to Tops to get an advertised special. They didn't have enough to fill one special. Wouldn't give me a raincheck. Not happy with Bradford Tops.

Just a quick note. Absolutely the freshest products in Olean. Friendly staff, always ready to help. Prices lower than the competition, even walmart.

I've never experienced any problems, I went to the Bradford Tops today, But much rather go to Kane, I guess I'm more familiar with Kane store.

Posting this review on behalf of my mother, who shops this store quite often and has noticed a decline in customer service over the last few years. In the most recent incident, the cashier forgot to deduct her coupons and told my mom that she would have to come back the next day to get a refund because the front end manager would not answer the cashier's page. I've been a front end manager in another PA supermarket chain, and this is not how you treat customers. Period.

Convenient shopping for those who live in the city and don't want to go to Walmart. Prices are a bit higher, but food purchases offer points towards gasoline discounts, which evens out the prices in the long run. The bakery is especially good.

A little pricey on some things but beats going to Walmart. Most of the personnel are helpful and friendly, there are a couple that are just rude.

I give 4 Stars and not 5 because of the time of waiting in line to check out using Self Checkout or the normal checkout. Employees are awesome sales are always cool just the wait time sucks to check out.

I like this store very much. They have great sales weekly. I avoid Walfart like the plague and do most of my grocery shopping at Tops. The prices aren't that much different and with a Bonus Card, it brings prices down actually lower than competitors. Employees are always cheerful & helpful. Never had a bad experience here. Well kept, well run.
