I called to get a hot water recirculating pilot RE-lit on a gas unit but the service technician or owner indicated he can’t service the unit since it was a older unit since I did not know of my Heating unit age or brand. Even though the unit was operating all winter with no issues he would not service my heating request. Isn’t this the line of business your in? I guess he is looking for a simple $ but my request is too difficult to service for some reason or another. Relighting a pilot must be too difficult.

We love our new mini split system installed this fall; working great and staff was professional. Arthur especially a treat to hire and promises to be available if we need future repairs for this unit.

I hired this company to install a new furnace. Arthur was very responsive and professional. He gave a date and back up date for the installation and confirmed the exact date and time about a week in advance. His guys were my house by 9: 30 am on the scheduled date. Arthur inspected the system, bled the radiators, and answered questions while we waited for system to heat up. They did great work and I am very happy with the end result.

Great company, would strongly recommend. They do great work fast and efficiently. Had 4 splits installed and could not be happier with the outcome. Prices were fair and well worth it.

Art is the owner and operator of Toran and I would give him a A+ for his customer service. Art was thorough in explaining the system, took the time to answer any questions I had. He was also very easy to reach by phone and over saw all the work and inspected the work when it was completed.
I am so happy with my AC (just had it installed in the spring),
I am new to Philly and even though I love the city this would have been my 3rd summer without AC till a neighbor recommended Toran to me.
The two major concerns I had while considering AC for my old house was whether or not it would be possible to install the AC and also the cost of both the AC and heater.
Fortunately the the AC works very well in my happy:) home.
The cost was extremely reasonable.
So if this is on your "possible to do list", check it out!

I am only giving one star because I have been trying to get in touch what's this company to get a quote since Thursday of last week. I have left four voicemails what's my name and number and no one has responded. I feel like the customer service at this point needs to be revived

If you have HVAC needs look no further. Mr. Toran assessed my job personally, explaining exactly what was needed, and was patient in answering the many questions I had. My installation was for 2 complete HVAC systems (new heaters/condensers) and the price was more than fair. Even after the job was completed, Mr. Toran followed up to ensure everything was fine. A+

I would not hesitate to recommend Toran Heating and AC to anyone. My gas furnace install (conversion from oil to gas) went very smoothly and was completed in just one day.

Called with an issue about my boiler. Art spent 10 minutes on the phone with me to troubleshoot, even though it was a unit he wasn't able to actually service. Doesn't get more genuine than that.

Toran Heating and Plumbing Company installed my house heater. The gentlemen were on time, accurate, efficient and well mannered. They completed the job in a timely manner and even cleaned up thoroughly after they were done installing my heater. I would highly recommend this company for their pricing, efficiency and courtesy. We are very pleased with Arthur and his team! Arthur came more than once to our house to check our project and give us a comprehensive estimate. Communication was wonderful! After making some research, I was interested in a 2-stage furnace and a certain brand, so he was able to get us the exact equipment. He worked with our timeline and did all the work in 2 days. We will certainly recommend Toran Heating & AC and will hire them again for our next project.

I hired Toran after getting 3 quotes since theirs was the most reasonable by a few thousand, and I got the sense they would work with me on creative solutions to install a new AC system, ducts and all. I was surprised and how they were able to find minimally invasive ways to install the ducting and even route lines into rooms we didn't think possible. They were professional, punctual, and fast. Would hire again.

Cheaper doesn't mean not high quality - Toran came in a thousand dollars under the other estimate. They came within seven days and installed air conditioning, left no extra old parts, were fast, friendly and professional. They get back to you on weekends.
