Torresdale Pediatrics, Bensalem PA

Okay I LOVE this pediatrician, if you're reading this and you're considering them - just do it. Dr. Belser is the best ever and I will not take my daughter or future kids anywhere else! So sweet, so informative and so relaxed! Just the kind of doctor a mama needs! The ladies at the front desk are so kind and the nurses that do the weigh-ins, measuring and shots are so caring and patient, always asking us how we're doing! 100000% recommend.

The medical assistant that work at this facility does not do her job, i called her 2 weeks ago about my kids bill that they did it wrong she promise to fix it and call me back about and 2 weeks later nothing was done and the call from her was never return. Called again today and the other medical assistant that answer the call was rude and trying to excuse her friend saying that she is a part time employee. What that have to do with me, that is part of their job and they get paid to do their job.

Very rude and unhelpful staff, except the one NP and the one women at the front desk. Their answer to everything is “I don’t know”. I switched my daughter out of this practice and the practice told me they had 30 days to send the records, my daughter was due for her shots and the office canceled her appointment for it without notice due to my request to change practices!

I absolutely love this pediatricians office. The staff is great & I love the doctor we see. Many thumbs up!

Nasty all of secretary treat you bad like they dont want new clients for after they make me change the primary physician now they tell me they don't have nothing for months. They are rude and ignorant trerrible service.

Office Staff value their ego over you providing you any service. Doctors are great, but office staff (some of it, not all) is a let down. Have been going over there since past 8 years, not anymore. Older lady at the reception who talks nicest started showing her hidden ego for some reason.

Worst pediatrician for kids, your kid never has a design doctor there all random every time you go in. Very rude staff and never send your kids home without any medication ever. It’s always a problem with these people and would never ever send my kid or child here again. Should have listen to all my buddies and left this place awhile ago. Please do not send you kids here.

The staff is mean and Rude, i mean really rude, i read the comments in reviews and most of the people have same issue about the staff, they never use the words like please or thank u, they actually yell, they talk rude and even the way they look at you is very rude,
Doctors are actually very nice here, i love all the doctors there and the way they treat the kids is very loving and caring, its only the staff that is very very rude, they really need to work on the customer service, no body wants to go to doctors by choice, the staff needs to realize that the sick people need loving care, plz plz be nice with the patients and visitors, thank u

Not sure why people would say the staff is rude because they’re not. I’ve been coming here for over 8 years and I’ve never had an issues. Staff, doctors are amazing and office is clean. Everyone is the office wears a mask and so should the patients. They also advise to TRY and have your 2 year wear a mask, they never force.

The doctors are great except Dr. Khanna, she's mean! The half of the staff are mean, especially the old lady that always yelling the way she talks to you. Also, this is the only doctors office that doesn't provide a mask! They tell you to make sure bring a mask, but when you go there there's people don't have a mask! What kind a doctor office is this if they can't prevent to spread the germs or virus! So, CHEAP!

HORRIBLE office. And when you try to leave they charge you almost $80 to get your kids medical records!

Just a great office and set of Drs! Our oldest was born in 98' and did all of her 18yrs there.lol. Our remaining 3 still are there and again just a great office to have your kids at!

I've made my 2 stars into 1 star because they've hired more incompetent doctors and nurse practitioners. My son had double pneumonia and the new doctor they'd hired (Dr. Patel) seemed to have a massive attitude problem to the point where it's uncomfortable how aggressive she is. She checked my son out and brushed it off as nothing. Had to be seen again by another doc and she confirmed this was pneumonia. The office barely ever picks up. 90% of the times, I've had to leave a voice mail during normal business hours and then hope someone gets back. I was told the evening appointments get booked 3-4 months in advance. I'll be switching

I just called to ask if they are accepting new patients. The first person I spoke to was very nice and informative and let me know what I needed my daughter’s last doctors office to provide and have them send it by fax. I didn’t have a pen or paper ready so I told her I would call back when I was situated. When I called back a different person answered and right from the start she was short. She answers the phone and said can you hold? Didn’t even say the name of the office. Then when she picked up I let her know I was going to have my daughter’s last office fax over her records and before I could finish my sentence she shoots off the fax number as fast as she can. I couldn’t get the last four so when I tried repeating the last four she said it again as fast as she could. Ok calm down lady. Already a bad experience and not sure I would want to have to deal with her in the future
