Torrid, Bethel Park PA

I walked in on Saturday Jan 7 feeling pretty defeated because Victoria Secret didn’t carry my bra size. I was walking past Torrid and figured why not. I went in and was immediately questioned about what I was looking for, and Alysia did such an amazing job helping me! I explained my situation, and she measured me and found the perfect size for me. The only critique I have was that they didn’t carry a 38 band, but carried my cup size. I would’ve liked to order in store, but online is okay too.

When I walked in, I was greeted but questioned about whether I had money to shop there. Then, she stated that there was a clearance section in the back. One of the staff members followed me to the back of the store as I was looking at bras and proceeded to watch me in the camera like I was going to steal. (She didn’t come back to the front until I was at the register) Ive never been treated like this before at any Torrid or store period. I had just came from getting my nails done at the salon in the mall and simply was looking for a shirt due to going out that evening. Although I found some great deals, I surely will not return to this location.

Great selection of clothing for plus size, but need to get their return policy straight. We purchased items online and weren't informed that they were non-refundable even though the website told us to go to the nearest store to return. Wasted our time and gas making a trip here for nothing, even though the products were still unused and in the original condition with tags on.

Everyone was extremely helpful! The clothes are beautiful. My daughter and I had so much fun ability at torrid!

Sherry was by far the best fitter/sales clerk. She was friendly, thoughtful, helpful & knew what she was talking about with the merchandise! We will be back!

They treated me like a celebrity while I was there. They picked me out outfits and helped me find the right fit l. They got me the different sizes while I changed, they were the sweetest ladies ever. I will be back! They helped me picked out the perfect date night outfit.

The women who were working the night I went were so amazing. I had a wedding to go to and had no idea what I should wear and they got me sorted out within 15 minutes and only two tryons.

The associates were very nice and told me about open positions. The store was very clean and put together.

I love torrid as a company/brand! Almost every ounce of clothing I own is from Torrid! This location in particular is my favorite. The entire staff is absolutely incredible! Nikki helped me today do a mini fashion show in the store giving me full confidence in everything I tried on! (Even a two piece swim suit! Which I was so nervous to try on lol) I get so many compliments on my clothes from torrid their patterns are always up to trend & ALWAYS great quality!
As a plus size bold and beautiful woman I would be lost without the trendy styles torrid offers! Thank you again for always giving me confidence and helping me be trendy

Love this store. The girls were super helpful and patient in helping me try on half the store to find new work clothes!
