Total Turf Landscape Services Inc, Chalfont PA

This company was hired by my HOA for lawn maintenance. To say this is what they actually is a gross exaggeration. After spending my own time, money, and effort to plant and grow new grass (a responsibility which is their's but one the never actually do) they tore it up through sheer incompetence. Their employees are rude, disrespectful, and aggressive. If quality lawn care or basic decency in customer service is what you are after, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Our community has used Total Turf for quite sometime. Overall they are ok at providing this service. To highlight our disappointment for the last few years let me list a few things:
Poor relationship with management, not professional and certainly they struggle understanding who the customer is. They run their business based on their needs therefore promising more than they deliver.
Multiple times they refused winter sidewalk service after claiming they can do whatever we need since they are so close to our community.
Our community decided to make a change recently and even before notifying TT they stopped responding to any questions, then after notification they stopped cutting before the contract expired. They were let go based on performance and a deteriorating relationship.
I'm sure the feeling was mutual but very immature and petty on their part.
Our community covered our bases, we knew this might happen.
NO, I wouldn't recommend TT!

Lousy company have been using them at our development for a few years they do a horrible job cutting the lawn weeding, and during the winter there snowplow destroyed our posts, dont use them
