Toto's Pizzeria, Philadelphia PA

Do Not order Taco pizza, it's cooked lettuce and tomato, with ranch dressing, no Mexican flair at all. I complained to the owner, he said, " this ain't a Mexican restaurant". So why give the pizza a Mexican name?

Compared to other pizzerias in the area, a slice at Toto's is twice the cost, but also twice as delicious and three times as filling (because of size and loads of toppings). I go back again and again.

Chemical over salted pizza. I ordered plain cheese and was sick for a week plus the owner is extremely negative and toxic

Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. I don’t know what’s going on with the crust but I’d fight my own mother for the last slice.

So appreciative of this little pizza shop! The owner offers vegan cheese and is super accommodating and friendly. Pizza is DELICIOUS

Customer service is a joke the man answering the phone just rushes threw the order and doesn’t take his time.he gave me a slice of cheese pizza I never asked for and got another one of my orders wrong. Never again the manager is a out of his mind and a liar he never gave me the right food I asked for and when I called him back to get my money back he refused to give me a refund for food I didn’t ask for

I would of only gave 1 or maybe a half of a star based on the $10 minimum order for using a card. I know the owner has some cost involved, however it is just very annoying and frustratiing when you are just stopping for a slice and a drink. HOWEVER the crust and the pizza itself was propbably some of the better tasting and authentic I have had in the area and into montco. Well done on the pizza. Consider waiving the fee for first time customers so they return and are prepared with cash if they have a smaller order. I WILL be back because the pizza crust saved me from being angry, ruining my lunch/ day and wating to write a terrible review. Which this is not.

I’m not sure how this place got four stars this is the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life the guy there had my pizza smelling like Marlboros cigarettes he’s a chain-smoker he has no business there his fingernails look like he just came from planting in soil. Worst customer service I have ever had when trying to place an order, and I was speaking to the owner. He was extremely rude, and was raising his voice talking at me instead of to me. I wasn't even given an opportunity to speak and say how I wanted my food. When I said that I was not receiving good customer service the owner said "if you don't wanna order than don't".
The most rudest, condescending, unprofessional person I've ever spoken to in my whole life!

I used to like this pizza but the last time I got it, it wasn't that good. I'm not saying they fell off maybe it was just a bad day.

This was my old review, but the quality has just gone down hill so fast. I live a couple blocks away yet my pizza is cold? There’s almost no cheese on my pizza. Just not the same quality it used to be: (

This past Saturday l ordered a X-Large pizza, Veggie and half Sausage with the veggies. I was first shocked that the pizza cost $35 and when the pizza was delivered it was cold, and it appeared the toppings was put on an already cooked plain pizza. Very disappointed with the cost and the quality of the pizza.

I just called and the call take to me she had to put me in the system. This is very shocking because we order here all the time. It's actually my daughters favorite cheese steak place. But anyway, after giving my information. The call taker asked someone do they deliver to my address. The call taker then informs me that I am out of delivery range. And would have to pickup the food. This ridiculous because I am 4 minutes away and ALWAYS get delivery. I will be taking my business elsewhere for now on.

I've had pizza everywhere and I will and I believe that this guy can put anything on a pizza you folded in here and often falls off then falls off I was working there for 2 weeks in the neighborhood in one and every day we ate To this day sometimes I say man I gotta drive up there and get some pizza and hes about 10 miles from me.

The cooks appearance was so dirty I thought he was a construction worker smoking outside until he came inside and went to cooking. I only got food because I pre-ordered online. I got a cheesesteak, the meat was top quality but tasted like a filthy grill or expired. Couldn't eat more that a bite.

Do yourself a favor, cook instead.

My review is for the stromboli, pizza and calzones which we order fairly regularly. After trying most of the pizza places in Germantown/Mt. Airy, Toto's, is hands down, the best. The owner gets to know you and what you order pretty quickly - and isn't that a big factor? Our favorite is the Green Street pizza (pictured) which is LOADED with veggies. We just learned that they also make a vegan pizza but just marinara sauce and vegan cheese didn't wow me (we still might try it). Stromboli's are huge and the Calzone was also good but being lactose intolerant, we don't get it often because of the ricotta. Basic pizza is also pretty good and the price is right. Crust is on the thinner side which we like.

Will not order again, my purchase came up to $18 & some change. I did not leave a tip but when I pulled off I got an alert from my bank saying i authorized totos to charge my card over $22‍️ lesson learned.

Toto's is pretty good, not great. They could definitely use an upgrade on their bread. Luscios or something similar would be good. The bread they use has little character and does not add anything to the sandwich. I make better rolls at home.

Fave take our place around. Joe is so awesome! All the staff is super friendly. Food is high quality and tons of options. Definitely get a slice of buffalo chicken pizza!
