Tower Health Urgent Care - Wynnefield reviews
18Went there for a covid test and the nurse had cat hair all over her. I didn't even want her to touch me! My significant other went there because she was having respiratory inflammation, the PA said that she heard wheezing but wasn't concerned. After getting evaluated at the hospital, she had to get admitted for the same thing they weren't concerned about. They really just go through the motions there and have no real interest in helping people and giving a thorough evaluation.
I had covid symptoms, called to ask if I could get tested. I was helped as soon as I walked in. Everything was super fast and everyone was super friendly. Thank you to all the employees that took their work seriously. Greeted promptly as soon as I walked in. They took me over a room and I was tested immediately. Results came back 2 days later. Negagive btw.
This location is open until 9pm.i arrived at 8: 24pm and was turned away.the lady told me we are not taking anyone at the moment. I was in need of a x-ray of a broken bone in my hand that may have healed wrong and believed to have nerve damage.
I went to the office without an appointment and still was seen quickly. I was given a Covid-19 test, treated and released all within one hour. Every staff member was very polite and professional. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Overall I'm very happy with the care I received at Tower. They will be my first choice if I ever need the type of service they provide in the future. Well done.
They were very kind, friendly, and caring of their patients when we visited. Great choice for urgent care on the main line.
I was visiting from out of town when I suffered an injury and went to Tower Health. It was a Saturday night and they were one of the few places that were open at that time. I was seen within minutes and the staff were competent and friendly. I highly recommend Tower Health for your Urgent Care needs.
Walk in to get Tested for something and they ran my labs for the wrong test gave me treatment for what I ask to get test for then they had no Explanation on why they did so horrible and ghetto
This place is look nice on the inside, clean and spacious. However the some of the nurse are extremely rude. I have been there multiple times complaining of bout any uncontrollable cough. They refuse to give me a chest X-ray and do blood work to help me. Afterwards I was rushed to the ER and I was diagnosed bronchitis. Which is a common virus that could be cured with antibiotics.
My first time going to this place. And I will say I love love love it. All the staff members were super nice and they made you feel comfortable. I was seen in a timely manner and treated for my issue as well. No complaints.clean environment as well. If anyone looking for a place to go with pleasant and concern staff members I recommend this place right here. Five stars
I love going here! The people are so nice and I have made sure to let the staff know how professional they are and welcomed I feel coming to this location. No complaints from me at all, definitely go!
We did Covid-19 test for my kid here but when we asked for the report they said you will have to come in person to collect the report because for patients age less then 18yrs they cannot give online portal access and they have policy not sent it online or through email.what? Somehow they agreed to send it through Fax.which I had to go to Staples to collect.
I was seen quickly.that is the only positive thing i can say about this place.the price transparency rule requires caregivers to disclose their prices for services before you receive them, but the woman at the front desk refused to tell me how much the visit would cost when i asked.i was seen by a physician's assistant, not a doctor for about 10 minutes.this PA prescribed me a medication which, later, a specialist told me i definitely should not have taken.this 10 minute visit with 'not a doctor' cost me $700 and i HAVE insurance.avoid this place
Friendly staff & quick to be seen but waste of time & possibly money. Came in with leg/foot pain left with summary visit form, a confirmed cleared xray & "just keep taking the current medication & reach out to MD". Apparently feedback from a few says that's typically urgent care.
I have received medical attention from Tower Health on several occasions. The facility is clean and the staff is very pleasant and welcoming. The medical professionals that staff this facility are friendly, knowledgeable in their area (s) of expertise, and comforting when needed. I would like to thank the staff for the service which they have provided me. I don't recall all of their names, but thanks to Brittany, Janelle, Emma, Myesha and the rest of the staff. KUDOS TO ALL!
I went in on a Sunday morning with a likely small skin infection/cellulitis and wanted to get it confirmed and started on some antibiotics if needed. It was unusually busy for a Sunday, but I ended up only waiting about 20-25 minutes in the waiting room with 3 others in front of me. I was taken back by a nice MA and I had my chief complaint and vitals taken quickly by her. I waited another 20 minutes in the room and was then seen by a PA, Kate. She listened intently to my history, did a good exam, and confirmed what I thought. She started me on antibiotics and I was on my way! Overall a very good experience and I would go back.
DO NOTE they charge your insurance for your Urgent Care rate, NOT your clinic/primary care rate as other health systems in the area do, so it is more expensive than going to a walk-in clinic at one of those locations.
I always had professional service at this location. The two times I attended. The PA-C were excellent. Kudos to Emma and Michael!
I attended Tower Health when symptoms and conditions became very abnormal. While receiving the proper attention and testing it was determined that I should visit the emergency room of a nearby hospital. The doctor and nurses were very attentive, and investigated all conditions. The prepared referral quickened the attention and care at the hospital.
I am very thankful and if necessary will not delay to use Tower for their services. I do highly recommend them and trust their they decisions.
The experience was really good being here, everyone is so friendly and I was in and out I didn’t have to wait long to get treated. I would definitely come back here again for urgent care
