Tower Health Urgent Care, Warminster PA

Can someone tell me what this clinic is a specialist in, because I have a burning sensation in the pit of my stomach and I would like to know if they can treat me there, thank you

As I approached this facility in my 2002 hummer, I was in awe at how tantalizing the structure was. From the zig zags on the exterior to the inner foyer, I was left speechless.

As I entered the building, I was greeted by the warm hostess. They asked me why I was here and I announced that my body developed a chill last Tuesday. I was taken into a room immediately.
When I approached the room, I knocked and entered face first. The door closed behind me as I sat down on the examination table. The examination table was in pristine shape, so much that I could bathe in it.

The medical nurse and medical physician then knocked, washed their hands and greeted me thoroughly with a delicate smile. He healed my chill and I no longer had a chill.

I was highly pleased by this establishment. My family physician was deployed to Iraq last week and left me to come here. Thank you for servicing me and my chill

Really fast service and everyone was really pleasant! I was nervous to walk in since they don't take appointments and I had my 2 little girls with me so I didn't want to wait long but I called ahead and was told they weren't busy and I was able to walk right in without any wait.

My four children and I came today for covid testing. I don’t know the front desk ladies name but she was so professional and nice! Nurse Mandy took the time to make all my children comfortable and happy and took the time to answer all my questions. She was absolutely amazing. Thanks so much ladies!

Had to bring a friend in (she was too weak to drive) and we had a great experience! (Even though we there there for medical assistance) Courtney was so helpful and explained everything and answered all of our questions. Our friend received excellent care. Thank you Courtney for fielding all our concerns and helping the process along!

Got a covid test 11/28.10 days later still no results went to a cvs pharmacy 12/4 already had results. Waste of time to quarantine and wait. Go to your primary doctor as well. They can get results faster than this place.

While the waiting time was ideal and the staff friendly, the overall diagnosis wasn't very definitive and meds given were ineffective. After nine days, I am still suffering from the same issues.

Paper work was fast and simple. Once that was complete, they will call you up and get right with you. Recommend this spot to anyone that has an urgent emergency.

Walked in because of my nail being torn almost completely off an the blonde nurse looked at me like I had 6 heads and very ignorantly told me they won't do anything about it. To go see a different doctor and I asked her if they could at least cut it down an she said no they have no nail clippers. Made me feel stupid to go see a doctor but my nails been ripping of slowly an I'm in a ton of pain. I'll remember next time to not bother with them. Thanks for nothing.

Best care ever No waiting and super nice nurse and physician assistant. The care is wonderful and thoughtful and thorough. I recommend highly

The nurses where amazing! I can’t give them enough stars! I definitely recommend this place! If ever need be I will be back.

From the receptionist to the triage nurse to the physician everyone was polite, considerate, and took the time to listen. My asthma complicates every respiratory/sinus issue. I know that things will be better in a few days.

The Staff was very helpful & understanding and really listened to my health concerns.

I was very nervous going in. But I was taken care of immediately and was made comfortable by a very pleasent staff. Left feeling much better.

EVERYTIME (5th time) i go there for something the lady thats blonde (big girl) comes out and has to make a problem or a reason not to have me seen by a doctor. I thought only doctors or practioners where the only ones able to diagnose? Rude people. I will never go here or with my children again. If people are coming there for help and have insurance why make it difficult for people? She needs to be fired!

So much better than rediclinic. The people here really know what they are doing and are very understanding.

Visited this urgent care a few weeks ago for poison ivy. Yes, I managed to get poison ivy in winter.

I waited 5 minutes and was promptly seen by a nurse and the PA. They took care of me thoroughly and I was out within 10 minutes. All around great experience.

From the front desk to the nurses to the PA. They are all super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Tip: Call first before you go. You can gauge the wait before you even leave.

I did not have a long wait time. I felt the PA was very thorough. The process seemed effficient but I did not feel as if I was part of an ‘assembly line. ’

Went to Premier Urgent Care this past weekend for an injury on my toe. The nurses could not have been more helpful and kind. They listened and made me feel very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this facility to all and will be using this team as my go to for the future. I have had a better experience at this location and other premier locations than at my PCP.
