Don’t waste your money here.
I’ve lived in these apartments for 1.5 years now and in that time, there has been 3 different management companies and the living experience here has gotten progressively worse with each one. I don’t know how these can be considered “luxury” apartments, besides the price tag. Not only are we not getting the amenities that are advertised but, we have also had consistent issues getting the bare minimum that we pay for. The apartments themselves are nice but between constant maintenance issues and management that does not care about us, I can’t wait to get out. The air conditioning has been broken nearly every month this summer, reaching unsafe temperatures after 48hrs with no AC. Even when the AC is “working” my unit has consistently had issues keeping up with a normal, set temperature. The building experienced terrible flooding about a year ago and has been doing construction ever since. One of the elevators was never repaired. The grills and patio furniture broke/were disposed of over a year ago and management never cared to replace them. The gym had broken treadmills for months before they were finally replaced. The parking garage is a hazard. The ceiling is crumbling to pieces and drips liquid that will stain your car. Most recently, the power in the whole building went out for many hours on a hot day, leaving residents with no place to go. I had to pay money out of my own pocket to find a new place to stay awaiting for the promised update of when the power returned… management never notified us when the power returned in the middle of the night and we were not compensated in any way. I’m tired of paying for services that I’m not even receiving here and being ignored by management. My roommate and I have consistently reached out to management and our concerns have been disregarded, stating that “we’re the only ones who have complained”. It’s unfortunate that this building’s management has gone downhill because it really is a great location and the units have great views of the city. I hope this can be the warning for others that I didn’t have, because I can’t wait to get out so I can stop getting screwed out of more money.

Please avoid these apartments.
Power went down, next we had air conditioning problems during the peak of summer with no possibility of opening a window.
Please avoid this place at all costs.

Tower Place was my first apartment when I moved to Philly. I have been a resident for 2 years. When I first became a resident, Tower Place was owned by Scully and all of the staff, management, and maintenance was super on top of it! Then a new management came along and I was really nervous, but so glad that the staff, management, and maintenance was still amazing! However, my biggest downfall while living in this high-rise was that rent prices became overwhelmingly expensive. I compared my rent prices to others who had access to pools and other amenities, and they were equal. In addition, during the transition to the spring to summer seasons, this building had many issues with the AC. Even during the summer, there were multiple instances when the AC was not working. I moved from Arizona where I am used to the heat, however, the windows were huge and if you lived on a higher floor it was very overwhelming and frustrating to not have working AC, especially with the price that you pay. In addition, the cardio machines in the gym were always broken. For the price that you pay for living in this complex, you would expect minimal issues in the building. Overall, despite the AC and gym mishaps, I really did enjoy my time living here at Tower Place. I felt safe and the front desk staff were extremely personal and trusting.

Management is really on top of it! Anything you need they are quick to respond and will really take care of you. All Tower Place staff have been wonderful.

HUGE apartments with tons of closet/storage space and amazing views - expect slightly higher utility bills due to large windows/older building, but truly that is the only complaint. Huge gym with lots of equipment and consistently getting renovated. Overall loved living here.

I have been living here for roughly 1 year now. Could not be happier. The perfect location to get around the city with plenty of restaurants and activities just a short walk away. All the staff is incredibly helpful and nice.

I've lived at Tower Place for nearly a year now and the experience has been great. It's a great location with easy access to the rest of the city by walking or subway and a community that feels safe and welcoming.

Management has been quick to respond and address any issues we've had with our apartment itself. And the apartment itself has been exactly what we were looking for, incredibly spacious with modern appliances. I've been thrilled so far with the experience and would recommend to anyone.

I have dealt with many apartment complexes over the years. With 2 children recently out of college, and 1 still in college, I think between them I have worked with 10 apartment complexes in the past 5 years. I am writing this review as it is well deserved by the Towers. In fact I just renewed my lease for another year here. The location is ideal for my office in Center City, but more importantly are the intangibles that are critical to all renters. Management is just super solid. When I email management on issues such as losing track of my utility bill or a wi-fi contact, I have always received a response that day. Maintenance, which is always a concern at any building, is also top notch. As an example, I put in a maintenance request Sunday night, and by noon Monday it had been addressed to my complete satisfaction. Given that my spouse is in the customer support industry, feedback where well deserved is important (as is the opposite but that does not apply given my experience with Towers and its personnel). I highly recommend this facility.

I moved into Tower Place a few months ago and it is great. The location is awesome, it is full of things to do and places to eat. I also feel totally safe at all times. Maintenance and managements are awesome and really responsive.

As a resident for the past 3 years, the building management since switching ownership in late 2022 has drastically improved and they take care of issues MUCH better than during my first two years. The building itself could not be located any more ideally and is certainly a highly sought-after location for many young professionals and students alike. For the amenities and amount of space in each apartment, it an incredible value.

I've lived here for nearly a year and while I can say it is by no means perfect I can say I love living here. It's quiet. It's right next to the train. The other residents are cordial but not intrusive. The gym is pretty good. The staff are very responsive whenever I have an issue or need a repair. I personally can't ask for more than that.

Tower Place is great! I been here for 2 years and I just renewed my lease for a 3rd. The new management is very responsive and easy to work with! My two bedroom is massive! There is also a large gym with everything you will need.
