When I first moved in - it was lovely. Everything was new (floors and freshly painted). Then reality set in. My requests for service were often ignored. I had to buy a microwave because they wouldn't fix mine. The hall washer was often broken so I had to go to the laundromat, and my ac/heater didn't work (turned on and off by itself). Oh and there was a leak they could never find and mold started growing under my cabinets.

Then there were the rodents. There were so many rodents - they were coming out of the outlets and they ate through the walls. There were droppings EVERYWHERE - on my desk, in the closets, ON THE FRIDGE! The exterminators couldn't catch them so we tried but even after getting rid of 20 - we still couldn't contain them. And with COVID, we lost all of the amenities.

To top it off, they had a nerve to ask for $400 more A MONTH on lease renewal! Please don't move here. Do not be tempted by the pretty lobby and desk staff. You work hard for your money, rent something where they care about quality and not just looks.

The leasing and concierge staff at Towers are absolutely wonderful! I worked with Travis since February to find an ideal unit for a longer-term stay. I work from home and had *many* requirements and questions, and Travis patiently answered all my questions and maintained active communication with me up until my move-in in June. Whenever Travis was out, others from the leasing office promptly helped me out and answered any questions I had. I've never had to wait more than a day for an email response and my calls were always answered/returned quickly. I've seriously never worked with a more professional and efficient lease management staff before!

As for the premise itself, I am thoroughly enjoying my unit and building. I've met several of the front desk/concierge staff so far and they're all friendly and polite. My unit was clean when I moved in (I did see a tiny roach on move-in day but never saw another one after I deep-cleaned the unit after moving in). The overall unit is really cozy and modern, and the kitchen appliances look new. I also appreciate the windows and natural lighting (my 2 cats love gazing out from them).

The building I'm in has social/business rooms, and even a community garden. There's also a small playground and a fitness center/swimming pool area on the lot by the leasing office. Lot parking is easy to find and included with rent. Guest parking is convenient and ample for when family members/friends visit. My neighbors are quiet at night, and everyone I've bumped into in the building has been nice and friendly. Rental payment is easy via autopay. I really haven't found anything negative about living here so far.

Towers is conveniently located near many stores and restaurants. It's walkable to Walmart and a quick drive to Aldi.

If you're looking for a nice and safe place to call home, I'd highly recommend Towers! I've been living here for 2 weeks so far (as of 6/10) and am really excited to call Towers home. Will update my review over time as needed!

Worse and worse every year. Too many issues from mold in the bathroom (they refuse to remove it.just keep giving me the run around) no snow removal amenities always unavailable.sign a lease and you’llsee

PSA: if your credit isn't a-1 or you're not upper middle class, save yourself the $75 application fee and the 'holding' deposit which they beg you to pay by credit card but refund it via cashier's check in about 3 to 6 weeks. Save yourself the hassle.

My hubbie & I love the area, the view, the cleanliness of our building, we love that this is a * NO Nonsense* staff enforcement. All concerns are handled expeditiously, Yes, I know some people Complain, that's natural, there will always be Nay-sayers, no matter where you go. So we shouldn't expect not to hear some Negativity.
We have been here 3 yrs, & We can truly confirm that the Owners, staff in office (esp Joyce & Linda) & the concerige in our bldg 1-Frank2- Ursula
3- Vernel, care about us & try their best to take care of our pkgs, that can be very Overwhelming sometime times, there are many everyday.
Then we have Josh, in charge of maintenance, he tries Very hard to address our maintenance issues. As quickly as possible.
The maintenance men that come to our apts are very serious about fixing the issues they are sent to take care of. Plus.other items that you may need help with (hanging ceiling fans etc.
You definstely get your $$ worth, immaculate cleanliness, beautiful fully loaded apts. Gambino each bldg. Computer room each bldg, goody Mach in our bldg, (nbr2). & on-site gym, tennis CT. Playground & swimming pool,
Beauty salon, Breakfast cafe, restaurant & an ATM & ON SITE 24HR SECURITY + TRANSPORTATION TO THE TRAIN & RESTAURANT'S (FREE). What more can u ask for?

Lived here before the name change and after. The place has gone through so many changes but love the apartments. Gates are great to deal with, guest passes aren't horrible to get. The staff is great, parking is easy and its just far enough from downtown to have some peace but close enough to get to work without issue.

Unfortunately, you have to worry about the residents here STEALING your food from the lobby when you order. BUILDING THREE.
Today I had an order stolen from someone who pays rent here. Which is dirty to say the least. If the elevators weren't so terribly slow in here, I probably would've caught them.

There's also flies and roaches in the units, no matter how much you clean, or try to exterminate yourself, they come back like they pay rent, too.

I’ve been a tenant here for 5 years and I love my apartment for the most part.all I can say is that there is a mice and bug problem in building one specifically (which is where I live). I keep my apartment very clean but, still have issues. Maintenance has done barely anything to address the issue and I seen one run into my apartment just now! Yikes.did my best to swat it out and hopefully its gone. This could be from people not throwing their trash away correctly. (leaving open bags of trash near chute instead of actually in trash chute). Also, the elevators tend to break a lot and security is not the best. They let anybody in the building and through the front gate without asking for ID. Anybody with small children I do not recommend renting here. I have a one and a half year old son and these issues are very concerning.

I am enjoying my apartment at The Towers. My sales rep, Victoria, was kind, patient, and professional. She worked hard to find me the perfect place, and for all she did, I am truly grateful. I have a great view, lots of storage, and a washer and dryer. The apartment was quite clean and her team did an outstanding paint job. I also have to say thank you to Nyesha. No matter how many times I called, she was professional, pleasant, and helpful. I am glad I chose the Towers at Wyncote.

I had recently inquired about this place spoke with someone in the leasing office for a Move in May 1st unfortunately we were told that we still needed to put down a $500.00 deposit without even seeing the apartment because its rented out so put down deposit, I was interested in viewing the area because I do have Small Children I witnessed a drug transfer in building 1 (which would be the building I would be moving into) and did'nt like the traffic that went in and out of building 1. Also i was able to go right into building without being asked for ID. I will be calling lawyer this is not fair

Was looking to move into here but the customer service on the sales side is horrible Didn't show up to a virtual tour they scheduled have not returned calls or emails.

Will not be renewing my lease here. Since the start of my lease, I've been okay dealing with the noisy neighbors (due to the thin walls), ceiling caving in, poor paint jobs, bugs, constant smell of pot in the elevators and hallways, one elevator never working, and malfunctioning heating systems.

I HAVE NOT been okay with mice, however. I have seen and caught multiple mice, called maintenance every time and the problem has never resolved itself. I have traps out 24/7 and refill the bait every few weeks, keep my counters and floors very clean, and always take my trash and recycling out, but none of this helps. I would not recommend moving here until the Towers fixes their mice infestation, which I don't think will ever happen.

Excellent! This is our 5th apartment in the area and BY FAR the Towers at Wyncote has been the best move in experience AND apartment we have had. The quality of the apartment, price and team in building 3 is phenomenal. We are so happy to be living in this community. The move in process with Chris from the leasing team was so easy and pleasant. Chris was able to help us with our move and answer every question along the way. I cannot recommend the Towers at Wyncote enough! I wish I could give 10 stars!

Ms. Nyesha at Wyncote has provided EXCEPTIONAL service in helping me assist family. She is very responsive, DOES what she tells you and is extremely efficient. I have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly Nyesha and the maintenance Mgr. & team have addressed issues so quickly. I thank you!

The apartment is fine and like the location because it close to a lot of stores.people here are friendly and the building is clean. I am not far from my family is another reason for me moving to the towers.my family was by to look at the place and they stated its a good place for me and they will be visiting a lot. - From a verified resident on Apartment Ratings

Before moving into this Community, I read many reviews. I JUST COULDN'T believe these issues exist especially since I lived here 2012-2015 and experienced nothing horrible then. I took a chance, and God knows the Agents were a fantastic team, Katelyn and Travis the receptionist was always polite even after my 1000th call. My apartment was clean, bug free, mice free, new flooring, the neighbors greeted and informed me the riff raff is gone. Towers at Wyncote is really a diverse friendly place to call home!

My experience at Towers has been fairly good before having this noisy neighbors next door. The wall simply is made out of a paper and I already complained several times, but nothing is fixed yet. So I am not really sure if a community manager really exists at Towers. Seems like they pretend trying to solve this problem, but I feel like they don't really care. Now, I can't sleep without my noise canceling headphone. Yeah, headphone while sleeping?: (I am paying for this noisy house and I might have to move my bed to the living room instead of bedroom, which literally means that I am wasting my money for empty bedroom at Towers. I DON'T recommend this place for quiet people, otherwise, the quality of your life will be very poor.

Quickest maintenance service ever and very kind workers:) They know what they are doing, although they once entered my house without permission and checked washer/dryer that I've never requested. Assume there was a miscommunication. I don't have any complaint on maintenance service. They are much better than I expected.

I had a great experience with a leasing office, especially, manager Chris. He is a very, very responsible person and I think Towers should thank for having him as a leasing office manager. The contract went very smoothly and quick.

Roaches. I saw two of them (found dead) so far since I moved in here, 4 months ago. BTW, I don't often cook and never left food on the countertop overnight. Whatsoever, you should deal with it. I use Clorox wipes to wipe countertop every night before go to bed. It's an old apartment. Mice? This is my 2nd contract here at Towers and I used to live with the roommates previously, they told me they saw mice, but I never saw one. However, I found their droppings in my shower room in my previous apartment, but never saw one or droppings at my current apartment. Fill the gap under the front door, then it will be fine.
