The owner was such a gentleman. He treated us like we were buying the Hope diamond and not just a gold chain necklace. I would recommend them to anyone who treasures good old fashioned customer service. It's a rare quality anymore.

In the middle of the holiday rush, I encountered unexpected kindness as owners Lee and Gloria dropped everything to help me with a minor adjustment on necklaces for my two granddaughters that 4 other jewelers refused to handle. It was a heartening experience; the work done quickly and I was able to get my gifts in the mail and delivered in time for Christmas. I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you so much!

I needed a watch battery replacement. The fellow provided rapid service, the price was reasonable and the treatment I received was exceedingly polite. He also kindly guaranteed the battery for one year.

My mom and I were sitting in chairs outside of Town Center Jewlers today in New Britain waiting for a take out order next door. The lady who works here came out with two other workers holding a pitcher of water and said nothing to us. She walked around and dumped the water all underneath my mom’s chair where she was sitting and on her feet (to “conveniently wash away old cigarettes underneath the chair as we were sitting there for 10 minutes, ” but it was because she didn’t want us sitting outside the business.) A simple “please don’t sit here” would have been fine. Once we got up and left, the workers sat outside in the chairs. There’s so many small businesses in town with genuine nice employees that I would rather support.

The owner of this shop was so kind to me, I came in to fix my gold necklace. Right when I walked in I was treated like family. While he was washing my chain we went outside and had a nice conversation. Then we came back inside and he showed me how he fixes jewelry with every step. At the end of my visit I was ready to pay, and they wouldn’t accept my payment, I tried to tip him and he wouldn’t take it, I was stunned but this made my entire day. I would 11/10 reccomend getting jewlery fixed here or shopping here! He makes all of the jewlery sold their by himself and is such a nice man! Also he cleaned my diamond earrings without me even asking! Such a great experience I am definitely going back there. My necklace is just like new I love it.

Lee made my engagement & wedding rings. They are beautiful, made with superb craftsmanship. My husband and I have enjoyed a wonderful relationship with Lee and his wife Gloria over the years. There is nowhere else we’d shop for milestone gifts. Lee is one-of-a-kind!

After visiting town center and explaining to Leigh the immediacy of my visit, he was able to accommodate me by doing the Necessary work as I waited.

I came in for a watch band resize but due to Lee’s expertise I ended up receiving a buffing of the watch band to better match the bezel of my watch face. Thanks to Lee I have a completely different looking watch that looks stunning in comparison to what I brought in. Lee took the time to explain everything he was going to do step by step and allowed me to completely personalize the experience so that I received the best service possible. Lee didn’t have to go to the extra mile for such a minuscule job but he definitely did and is deserving of anyone’s time and service, he is the best!

I had damaged my wedding ring and also needed it enlarged.lee looked it over and did a little reshaping then he enlarged it to fit my ring finger perfectly. I highly recommend this family business to all of you. Oh and the cost for all of this was only $20.00 talk about reasonable. Stop by and see them today for your jewelry needs.
