I had a wonderful experience. I got a gel mani and regular pedi. The salon is clean and comfortable. My nails looks wonderful. I enjoyed the neck massage while my toes were drying.

Lovely place and the service was excellent. Very reasonably priced. We are from out of town but will be back when we are in the area!

I’ve gotten spa pedicures from here about 4 times. They are always super polite and they really take their time to ensure that you’re getting quality service. Would definitely recommend for pedis!

Clean and professional. A little more pricey but guess I shouldn't be surprised bc of the area. First time going there and will probably return when in the area. Jenny was great!

Thank you Duc and Leslie for taking me and my daughter last minute. We enjoy the location of the salon in the town center and it's so serene being in the salon. Everyone is so kind and we are very pleased with our services. We were in and out in less than an hour seemed like it took us longer to find parking. My daughter got a gel manicure and I soaked off dip, cut down and got a beautiful deep red dip powder. My daughter loved the arm and shoulder massage and I loved how gentle Duc was with my very thin and sensitive nail beds.

Terrible! Nails look like blobs. Thick, all are different shapes. Some oval, some round, some square. They are not licensed nor trained. I am now going somewhere else to fix their mistake.

It's clean and profession, and maybe I used the wrong technician but she was very sloppy with my nails, made me feel bad when I asked for 3 coats of gel, and spoke in Vietnamese to another technian after I asked her to fix my nail since it looked splotchy. I knew she was talking about me because everything was in Vietnamese except for the word "difficult". I truly was not being difficult. I'm a paying customer who just prefers a style and look to nails. No salon has ever made me feel so uncomfortable and out of place. I just moved here and wanted to find a new place but I will not be going back here. Even after everything I still tipped her well. Nails were subpar, sloppy, she got nail polish all overy skin on my fingers. This has never happened to my prior salon in NJ where I went to. Then she made excuses that my nail was so short, I have lots of skin on that area and it moves. Why don't you just take the time to fix it and make me feel like I got a good service when I walked out. Instead she took that time to make excuses. When I go to a salon, I want to feel comfortable, happy with my nails, and relaxed. Not upset.

As stated earlier maybe the salon is good and they have good technicians but be careful of who you go to.

$70 for an acrylic set. The shape I wanted was COFFIN, Just so when you look at the photos you can understand why I am upset. Not a single nail matches. I just left in tears, went on my lunch break at work and didn’t have time to have her fix every single nail but not a single nail matches. This is not coffin shape. All different lengths. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

Another beautiful ombre dip by Leslie.

I still love coming here, I’ve been coming here since they first opened and although they’ve had a few staff changes the one person I’ve always come to still remains. Leslie is the best, I only do dip powder but I’m sure she does amazing work with all other mediums. Today I did ombré which is very time consuming and tedious and I’m sure very exhausting but Leslie is the most patient and talented. I highly recommend seeing her. The rest of the staff is always very eager to greet you with a smile, it’s a very welcoming calm space and clean! Like any nail salon I’d recommend going earlier in the day and week. Dip powder can take a little over and hour depending on your shape, and color selection and of course tech. My ombré took close to two hours but it’s worth it! If you’re looking for a pedicure Leslie or Rosa are both great! Rosa is a floating tech so she may be at another location so I’d call ahead if you’re looking to book with her.
Overall great experience and I hope they continue to be successful!

I came to Town Center nails based on a friend who shared a great experience with her Pedicure recently. Unfortunately my experience was not great. They tried to upsell me to the Spa Pedicure which costs $60 and when I declined and asked for the regular, she rushed through and even though I paid for gel, it didn't last 2 weeks. I also paid for nail dip. The service was not thorough as well and also didn't last 2 weeks. My husband joined me for a Pedicure and was happy with his service while he paid for the upgrade and upon checking out, our combined total was over $200 (not including tip), and it just wasn't worth it. It's great to see reviews of customers who had positive experiences and I truly wish this had been the case for me. It's just too hard to justify spending so much money for a self care splurge at a place that doesn't make you feel fantastic during and once you walk out the door. I'll be returning to my regular salon, Top Nails in Phoenixville.

Save your money and time and DO NOT go to Town Center Nail Spa! Staff is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. It does not take much to be kind to your clients. So disappointed!

Jenny is amazing! She did an excellent job with my gel manicure! I have been going to her for years and she is always perfect. She pays attention to detail, she is the best!

First time at this salon. Didn't have appointment and I got right in. Greeted on arrival. Staff encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone (red) and try a totally different color (baby blue). I listened and am so happy with my choice. Pedicure was awesome, and the neck and shoulder rub at the end was unexpected. Very, very nice staff. I will definitely be back.
