I love everything about this place! Love the 2 story spacious townhomes. The staff keeps the property beautifully maintained and is always available for tenant requests. Love the amenities! Highly recommend!

The apartments are beautiful and it is pet friendly and my dog enjoys interacting with the residents and there pets. Kids are always around playing which gives it a safe feel.

Townhomes @ gateway is the place to live! With the recent and completed renovations of the clubhouse, pool, fitness center and many more amenities it looks like a new property! I personally walked each of the unit layouts and are so happy with what I saw. I hope to be able to make the move soon. It’s conveniently located near shopping malls and beautiful parks. The staff was so helpful to answer all my questions and the move in process seems very easy and stress-free! Thank you for your time!

We originally planned on buying a home and then came across townhomes during the search and just fell in love with this community. The grounds are well kept, staff is really helpful especially Tracey she is always there for you. The clubhouse gets a 10 star rating I’ve never seen anything like it! Also, the apartment is spacious with 2 floors and a private balcony so there really is no need to purchase a home. Thanks for always having the residents in mind in all that you guys do, I wish I knew about townhomes sooner!

The maintenance supervisor Chris is friendly and helpful! He was walking past when I first moved in over a weekend and he stopped to help me move a few of my belongings! The overall townhome is spacious and the renovation is beautiful!

Great place to live! Friendly staff all around. The pool is huge! Lots of space in the apartment and many friendly neighbors!

BE WARNED! If you have something wrong in your apartment unit, maintenance here is very slow. I reported a broken Dryer and it has been a month and no one from the maintenance or office have reached out at all. You can create all the maintenance report ticket that you want but they will just close all of it without resolving any of your issues and look like they are doing their job but they aren't. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT if you don't want any headaches.

It’s really frustrating to pay a high rent here and not be able to find a parking spot. When we toured they guaranteed plenty of handicapped parking (my son is disabled) we have been here 3 months and can never find a spot. We have been told parking is first come first serve, so we have parked in other handicapped spots only to be harassed by other residents who claim the spot is only reserved to them. We have been yelled at, had letters placed all over our car, had the police called and banged on our door at 11 pm to tell us to move our vehicle from “their” spot. The office staff has told us they are requesting additional handicapped parking signs but need approval from the township. It’s been months. My son has a physical and mental disability and still we have no where to park close to our apartment, sad….

Edit: The response from the property management is very inaccurate. There has been no increase to handicapped parking. Also there is one right outside of our building, but other residents park there every single day since the spots are not “assigned”. So I am still struggling to get my son safely into our building.

I just moved into my apartment last week and I am super thrilled with my entire experience. Makini has been assisting me throughout the entire process, and she has always been responsive and transparent. It is obvious the new management company is doing everything in it's power to clean the place up and enhance its residents' experience. As with most moves, there was a hiccup, but the management team was professional and communicative. My unit is beautiful and spacious, there is plenty of lot parking, and the walls are thick. The new office is gorgeous, and the neighbors are kind and friendly. There are a lot of negative reviews from the old management company, miscommunications and unresponsiveness. Believe me when I say that that is no longer the case. Definitely check this place out. I'm super happy.

I went to see a townhouse, the staff we awesome. The model was beautiful inside and newly renovated. However, when turning in all you see is these brown ran down doors on each townhouse which makes a nice complex look horrible. They really need to change all the doors to something modern and black. I’m pretty sure their property value will increase tremendously and attract future tenants. That was the biggest downfall for me having guests come to the complex and seeing such. It makes the complex seem older. Things as such and good landscaping really can attract an increase revenue. Besides that the inside is amazing. If in the future, they decide to upgrade the exterior some I would be happy to be a resident.

Fraud! Do not live here they will STEAL your RENT and charge you when your at the end of your lease. Please it only gets WORSE and WORSE. Don’t be fooled by the answering of these reviews, they DO NOT ANSWER the phone anyways.

Property manager is a liar and home services are a joke. They lie about maintenance, lie about pricing, and worst, when you leave they will charge you for “miscellaneous chargeback” and keep your deposit and charge extra on top of that. No one will call you back, no one will resolve your issue, this property does not care about you at all. Plenty of other places to live. Stay Safe and Away.

I Filled out an application send in the application fee for 2 adults I have Been calling several times every time they say somebody will get back to you. I just want to know if I'm approved or not you don't just take somebody's money and not return a phone call unless it's a scam.

For one a dead body was found by dumpster…Owners do not take care of property we had to do our own power wash they lie about everything! There’s a rat infestation going on right now because of septic system a very old and unsanitary system that should be updated also construction will go on for the next year the rat infestation has gotten so bad you’ll see rats running threw parking lot please don’t waste your money time or energy I would give 0 stars if I could
