Track N Trail Inc reviews
9Had issues with a 2020 Honda Rubicon. Wouldn't start so I took it to them. Pulled it off the truck and of course it started. I asked for them to look into it more. Got a call a couple days later and they said I had a loose battery terminal. Charged me labor. The issues continued so I took it to another dealer and they found not one but TWO service bulletins from Honda one of which was a complete fuel pump swap. Did both upgrades at NO COST and the issues have resolved. I called track and trail back and told them what happend and that I wanted my money back. He said he would call me back. Never did. So I called back and he basically accepted zero responsibility and would not refund my money. On a separate occasion I asked how much an oil change was and was met with "how much ya wanna pay"? Then told it would be 135$! So then I asked if they had the oil filter in stock which they said they did. I bought it and took it home only to find out it was the wrong one. Took it back. No apology. Avoid this place. Do yourself a favor and drive to Roundhouse Powersports in Duncansville. They will treat you like a customer.
I've done business with Track N Trail for decades. Sales and service has always been easy to deal with. I appreciate the no nonsense approach.
I stopped by while in the area and got a great deal on a lightly used dual sport there. Austin got me squared away, no drama, no back and forth and no surprises-just a handshake and the deal was done really. Dave helped me load up my new bike for the drive back home to Virginia and I got a free T-shirt when I picked up the title as I was leaving. Nice and friendly people here; I recommend them highly.
Bought a bike here once years ago. Great experience. Lately I had a offer for a bike I was selling. Was told they were coming to pick it up. Then they changed the date and told me the owner was driving my way and they will call me to pick it up. No one ever called. Won't even answer my messages anymore. Never will do business with Track and trail again. Dishonesty and incompetence is not a way to treat customers.
I bought motorcycles from Track N Trail because they offered the best price at that time. I find the new location out of the way if you're used to shopping in State College. The service is very much to be desired but if you like looking with no salesman pressure, you'll love it. We had to ask for a sales associate. I also found our sales associate very unprofessional. He never introduced himself, knew very little about the bike we were interested in, and seemed a bit bored with the whole program.
I give this place a 5 star, for Austin he got me on a bike that I want, and went out of his way to make calls to make it happen, ask for Austin when ur buying your bike. Thanks Austin your the man!
Good people, and they work hard to make your purchase work for you. I've bought 2 bikes from them and was very satisfied with both.
Just bought my by two sons a new Honda TRX 90 4-wheeler for Christmas. The staff was very cool and helpful. I wasn't very knowledgeable about much myself, and they helped guide us through the process. Very laid back atmosphere.will definitely be back for our next purchase!
Track N Trail went out of their way to make my son's 1st bike purchase an excellent experience. Despite being so far away I'll do business with them anytime!
