Tractor Supply Co. reviews
21They sold the kayak we put on layaway to pickup later. We already paid for it! Unacceptable no one followed quarantine guidelines except for one person.there are so many things I want to say but can’t die to this being a public review.
Service was less than satisfactory. Waited in line for 20 minutes to buy a $6 bucket. Only one cashier open and she did her best with a faulty credit card machine that was holding up the line. Thank goodness the other items I wanted weren't available so I could pay with cash.
Not a whole bunch of tractors for a "Supply". The "Co. " part is true tho. It looks like a company.
Just left there. Walked in and a nice lady at the door directed me to where the item I wanted was located.the item was on the top shelf. I needed assistance.went to the customer service desk where a guy was on the phone. I expected him to say something like hold on, or I’ll be right with you etc. Stood there several minutes and he never acknowledged I was there.walked out. I’m not sure if I read his name tag right but it looked like Gordon maybe. I would say late 20’s early 30’s and tattooed.
Went into this store location for the first time, and was immediately stopped and told about me not having a mask on by a worker. God forbid I drive another car that my mask wasn't in. As I proceeded through the store they had employees that has no masks on.if you are going to call out a customer then make sure your employees have them on
Great store with many things to offer for the quick harry the home owner fix and many other quality farming products. Some things are priced quite higher than what you can buy it online for. But other than that no complaints!
The Store Manager TIM at the Quarryville location should consider a career change-something NOT in customer service- has a bad attitude -and LOST our business!
Has very good options to choose from, prices are very flexible, some stuff is pretty expensive, but the quality is very high.
Usually have what we need for our animals and little equipment used around the house. Returns or exchanges are easy when you have to do them and staff is friendly and try to help you find what you are there for.
Empty shelves, don't have this, don't have that.
The lawn tractor out front that has had a flat tire for a week should tell you all you need to know about this place.
Prices are much higher then your local Emherr. Selection is okay, only visit when i need something on a Sunday. Poor boot selection
Paid for a lawn ornament could not fit it on my bike so had it put on lay away? Went back a week later they could not find my property! Two weeks later the man who works there and lives close by dropped it off at my house? WTF
Never have anything u need to work on anything. If ur looking for a tractor supply shirt and apparel then its ur place.
Middle ground between big box and local hardware. Too much of their stock is low quality Chinese made.
Nice place to shop. Neat store decent prices on certain items. Not always stocked in some of the automotive products. However very nice people working here, very helpful.
Great selection for farm, home, pets, truck and auto. You name it and they have it. The Aberdeen TSC is staffed with friendly, helpful people. The Fallston TSC needs an employee make over, plus their not stocked as well as other TSC I've been in.
Now several years they moved in the area and I hear they are doing a great business. Farming supplies are a bonus.
This particular store isn't very helpful when you need assistance loading your vehicle with heavy items.
Fabulous inventory and customer service was very nice, answered a number of questions with a smile! I purchased an item which would have been very difficult to load myself and within moments I was told the item was out front ready to be loaded. Thank you again,
Marci

Not my favorite tractor supply location but they had what i needed, grade 8 bolts. Its frustrating that they play music in stores and I understand its part of marketing, but i needed estrogen blockers after I left here they play modern country music loudly. Almost put my hair in a bun and bought a pair of sandals if my wife hadn't brought me back to my senses. I'm surprised my grade 8 bolts didn't turn into metric mild steel. LOL
