Tractor Supply Co. reviews
5Was able to ask a vet about a product I was buying for a sick cat. Always a clean store with friendly employees. Can pretty much find everything. I’m looking for. Just wish the clothes weren’t so expensive.
Worst customer service EVER. I had placed an online order for a dog food pick up to make things easier for me.
The order was placed in the morning and I didn't pick up my order until after 6 pm that day and guess what, the order was not ready and I was made to WAIT for a good 20 minutes. I was told that I just couldn't go get the food myself and take it with me, it all had to be confirmed and blah, blah, blah.
Needless to say a 3 minute visit ended up in a very frustrated me. I ended up just taking a bag off the shelf and making them mark it as the one that was ordered and I left.
I have not been back since, nor will I ever recommend this company to anyone.
Ripoff prices low quality items don't go here shop rural king no price gouging there!
1/25/23 Had Free 5 lb dog food coupon via email.
Batteries on clearance for $114.99. Several sizes on display.
I went in on Christmas Eve at 5: 30 p.m. To get my propane tank filled to keep my water lines from freezing. I was told by the clerk they were no longer filling propane tanks because they close at 6: 00 p.m. They had 30 minutes before closing time but couldn't fill my grill sized propane tank quick in these freezing temps?
