Travelhaus and Karen once again helped my family plan the perfect Christmas getaway to Jamaica!

We used Travel Haus to book our family vacation to Disney World and Universal in Orlando. They were fabulous! Karen Burkholder managed all of our bookings and gave great suggestions on places to stay, securing us early entry to both parks and passes for the Universal lightning lane as part of our package. She made an otherwise overwhelming booking process a breeze and we were able to enjoy our vacation with no added stress. Highly recommend!

Suzie was great and on top of things! Hotels were clean, accommodating and warm. When weather wasn't the best Suzie and tour guide always had a backup plan. Loved the trip! Thanks!

Belfast trip was just long enough to see Northern Ireland's highlights. We were blessed to have really good weather with very little rain.

Karen worked with us as our new travel agent after working with our previous travel agent for 20 years. I could ask anything and she was able to provide advice and answers. We hadn’t flown in over 5years so we were a bit anxious but she was happy to meet the day before our travel and show me how the AXUS App works and I was confident everything would be fine.
Everything went great. I was glad she told us about an extra charge the hotel applies to our stay beforehand, so I wasn’t surprised or felt unsure about it.
We are looking forward to planning our next rip.

Our trip to Iceland was the second with Suzi and Travel Haus. It was efficiently and excellently planned with no disappointments. We had a great tour guide with 20 years experience, excellent hotels and fine dining beyond expectations. We feel like we truly "know" Iceland.

Suzi did an awesome job arranging our dream trip to French Polynesia! We stayed in bungalows right over the water. Every detail was considered in making our 25th anniversary one to remember.

Travel Haus staff were professional and helped me to make arrangements with special requests for my family without any difficulties or delays. We had a fantastic vacation and would highly recommend them! A special shout out to Karen, you are the best!

Liza was really on top of the details. When there was a last minute flight cancellation she called us in Scotland to try to fix it. The CIE tour was excellent.

We have relied on Liza at Travel Haus for 3 vacations now and she is phenomenal! Her knowledge is incredible and her customer service is top notch! Most recently took a cruise to Bermuda! It was perfect! Thank you Travel Haus & Liza!

We used Travel Haus and Karen Burkholder specifically to plan our cruise to the British Isles. Her direction and assistance were tremendously valuable, and knowing we had someone to call in the event of a problem certainly eased any of our concerns. Would highly recommend using them for your travel arrangements!

Except for Frontier airlines. If we ever go again, (after 10 trips to Mexico) it will have to be with another airline. Frontier's system in Mexico always dampens our joy ofvthe trip.

Liza was wonderful to help plan a last minute trip to Italy. The flights, hotels, transfers, and excursions all were wonderful. It was wonderful to have Liza's knowledge and support in making arrangements and helping me through a last minute return flight change. We had a wonderful trip!

Very well organized garden tour; selection of gardens was excellent, based primarily on visits to private gardens which I preferred; that is the reason I chose this tour.

We love traveling with Suzi and Vietnam and Cambodia were no exceptions. Everything about this trip was more than we anticipated! This is our third escorted trip, and we look forward to traveling with Suzi next October when we tour Iceland!

We were very pleased with our vacation. All of the travel arrangements went smoothly. The recommendation of the all-inclusive package at Bolongo Bay was especially appreciated, since we didn't have to always reach for a credit card to buy a meal or drink, or calculate gratuities.
