Stayed here 3 mouths ago as a get away from the kids w with the wife wile there being watched by family only happens rarely loved this place ur not gana get a 5star hotel experience but for the price and location love it 100% will be back

I feel compelled to write this review, because the woman in this hotel staff should not even be working there. I live down the street from the hotel and my boyfriend was visiting me from New York. I then suggested this hotel for him since I am close by and it’s cheaper. From the moment he checked in to his hotel room I walked up the stairs to help him get settled. The lady at the desk kept calling him non stop and then went to his hotel door banging on the door. He opens the door and she says if she is going to be there with him then I need her ID talking about me. I explained to her that I am just here to help him settle that I am not staying here and that I live down the street. She then leaves and then the next day I went to visit him again and as I was walking up the stairs she was walking from the opposite direction and saw me and says “Oh no! Now I need to see your ID I didn’t know you will be here everyday”. I said “Ma’am! I am visiting I am not staying here. ” She then asked me how long I will be staying there saying that it better not be past 8pm. Mind you the time we were talking it was 4: 30pm still daylight outside. This woman since he has been in that hotel room has been harassing us. Saying she doesn’t want to get in trouble with me being here. I never had a hotel act like that before and she came across as racist we were the only ones at that establishment that she was treating us this way in a rudely manner. When my boyfriend try to talk she kept telling him to be quiet as she was trying to figure out how to work the computer. We won’t be back here.

Take a closer look at the photos. The place is not taken care of. It feels unsafe. The security latch on the door was broken off. It felt dingy. The pool was extremely well taken care of. The only other good thing was the restaurant sharing the property. Excellent food most excellent service at the restaurant not the hotel.

Dirty. Gross. Key never worked. Staff harrrible. Shower dripped and I needed new sheets at the onset because, THEY DONT CHANGE ALL THE SHEETS!

Bed bugs! Dog fees! Dirty! Key cards hardly work for doors, which are half broken anyways!

Staff was rude had me locked out of my room for 2 hours wouldn't let me in and had roaches and trash under the beds

Very gross bathroom, the floor was sooo sticky. Super dreary ambiance, & the one light that would've changed it slightly was burned out.

Polite people, quite atmosphere. Wifi available. Highway accessible. Restaurants nearby, shopping mall nearby, health campus nearby too.

Room stunk like cigarettes, drawers were broken, lamp covers were stained & ripped, bed sheets were stained and had small burn holes in them and ripped, curtains had burn holes, roaches were present, cleaning staff were way too noisy and will wake you up VERY EARLY for “mandatory cleaning” only to take out trash and vacuum while your just waking up. Would not recommend. Its just a dirty place and “cleaning” staff sucks.

I was booked a room through price line and the manager also charged my card regular rate for the night. When I brought it to his attention he said I had to call price line and when price line called him to fix it he told them we were a no show. He outright lied. Shady business.

Checking staff very rude don’t understand why owners let the business in any body Hands personally I won’t let business in any body Hands also need cleaning chair and blankets very stains on.on carpet dogs hairs to be honest is disgusting look at this pictures proof What I say it’s better to pay extra $30 and get better option

This place is not up to the Wyndham standard. You can see outside with the door being closed. The table & the chair were both broken. It stank like cigarettes even tho it's suppose to be a smoke free unit. It looks dirty even tho I seen a 2 person cleaning crew. This place was so bad im personally going to contact Wyndham & let them know they have their name on a place like this. And they need to remodel this hotel & bring it to the Wyndham standard. I book there once I seen there name knowing they have good quality. But I was highly disappointed.

The shower didn't work and there was a lot of drug activity around. The cops were having a stake out in the parking lot

Mold in shower handle. Toilet seat half broken and moved side ways. Complaints left with staff. Affordable.

OK for an overnight. Beds, pillows worn out. Fairly quiet. Indian restaurant attached, ok kind of bland. Glad I only booked 1 night.

Room was filthy, staff was rude, pushy, nosy and bossy. The customer is not always right i guess. The rug was moldy and stank. I don't think the comforter has ever been washed. The bathroom. I could go on but you get the idea. Avoid this place, unless you need somewhere to smoke crack and hide from the law

Currently staying here, its quite, hassle free and a good location to the surrounding stores.

The rooms were nice and everything was clean. I took off 2 stars because I stayed for a week which is a good amount of money and the lady at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude every time I spoke to her and I'm not a rude person at all so it was just her being disrespectful for no reason and also disrespectful to the people who called for me to get transferred to the room. Everyone else did a great job and I feel sorry that she is your boss.
