First I want to preface that I have been coming to TreNail for over 11 years, I love Heidi.
However, today was the final straw, I followed the directions, made an appointment with John T specifically at 3: 20pm.
I get there and am greeted rudly, no hello, how are you, just Do you have an appointment? In a very nasty tone, I politely said yes, my name, and 320 with John. Then I'm told they are running behind, fine not a problem. However, I get to picking my color and am rushed over to the pedicure chairs. I do not get John, I get Anne, she does not listen to me at all about the water temp or my color. Meanwhile John finished up with his client so I assume he is coming over.eh, wrong again, he is to take on a walk in who didn't have an appointment. So fine, I deal with it. But never again will I be back. Anne did not shape the nails evenly for either the pedi or mani, she didn't cut all of them as I asked, and I asked her for a white base coat with this white and green flake on top. Eagles green. She told me no and put on 4 coats of this flake polish. My nails look and feel awful, I have clear coat running down my fingers that I had to use remover in when I got home. My nails literally have bumps and waves in them bc of how poorly she caked on this polish. It was all I could do to not cry and just ask her to remove it. Then the store manager.made a big deal she was to be out 40 minutes ago and asked myself and the other client to ring us out. Fine, whatever, but she went into my wallet to get my card because I was not at a point I could stop and grab it. I was mortified that she would even think that was ok. Then I had cash for a tip, but I needed change, Anne acted like she didn't hear me and was annoyed when I asked for my change back. I am beyond disappointed in TreNail, I have loved coming there over the years, but I will never be back, it's not worth the money any more, the salon is dirty and is not relaxing to be in anymore. I will be sharing this across all social media outlets in hopes of saving someone else their time, hard earned money, and emotions.

So disappointed! I arrived and they had one person working and asked if I had an appointment. I said yes and showed my email confirmation, but she wasn’t aware until she looked at her schedule. She asked me to wait but could tell she just stated the person she was with. I asked how long of a wait and she said 20 min or so. I told her I would have to come another time as I had paid a baby sitter and didn’t have an extra 20 min which is why I had an appointment. Oddly, I have tried to make appointments by phone twice and they asked me to book online. The person she was already working with was kind to wait and they squeezed me in because of her. Another person working came out and was confused and asked if I have an appointment too. I said yes and she asked gel manicure and I said no, regular. It was very uncomfortable. They quickly got me in for the fasted and most unprofessional manicure I’ve ever had. The hand massage was about 20 seconds. At the end one nail didn’t look right to me and was bubbled so she had to take the polish off and redo it. Somehow, I ended up there 45 minutes which is longer than most manicures. They didn’t ask me to pay before polishing which is a first, and I didn’t think about it until after. Fortunately, they said they had Apple Pay. When it came time to pay they were so slow to stop their two customers to let me pay. Then they couldn’t figure out how to use Apple Pay and I had to get my card out messing up 2 nails. They didn’t seem to care. When I got in my car and looked at my other hand, I realized many of the nails are poorly done. Some, not fully polished and others polished poorly with polish on both sides of my hands.

These photos are from right after I left. It was so not worth my little time away with a baby sitter and price. My husband agrees they look terrible. I’m redoing them myself now. A shame because the salon is very pretty.
