It was great that I was able to ride the bikes in an area with different types of conditions; hills.flats, cobblestone, pavement. I rode six bikes before making my decision. Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about every bike and very friendly and patient. All my questions were answered. I have already recommended to several people. I absolutely love my new bike.

Bought my son a bike from Walmart. He used it one time while we were camping and the peddle arm was coming loose. Tried tightening a few times but didn’t work. Called Huffy and all they sent was the arm. That didn’t work. Call them again again all they sent was the arm. Took it to Trek in Beaver and the associate said he thought it was the spindle. They replaced the spindle and he has been riding it for a week now with no problems.

My wife and I stopped by to get new bikes with minimal knowledge, and all of the staff was exceptionally helpful. The manager, Chris, went above and beyond to exceed all of our needs and expectations and welcomed us to continue reaching out as any questions or concerns arise. One of the best customer service experiences we have ever had, and definitely the nicest bikes we have ever had.

I came in to try and get a replacement part for a headlight. Though they couldn’t fix it, they were very generous with time and discounts to find an equitable solution.

These guys are awesome. From their personalities to their recommendations, these guys really have a passion for what they do which made my experience that much more enjoyable. Chris was extremely helpful and made my satisfaction his number 1 priority. This is everything a modern day bicycle shop should be! They were prompt, affordable, respectful, courteous, competent, and very interested in their customers satisfaction. Great job all the way around.

Very pleased with the service. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They completed the repair work in a timely and efficient manner. When we need new bikes we will definitely be going back to them. Plan on taking our present bikes in for a yearly tune-up. Thank you

The pre-Spring maintenance prices are great and the service was excellent. I had new handlebars installed that, of course, required moving a lot of controls. The shop did a terrific job quickly. I have taken my 2nd bike in for routine maintenance and will soon be taking a 3rd. I'm very pleased with the staff and quality of service at Trek of Beaver. Highly recommended.

Trek Shop at Beaver is wonderful. Great service and friendly staff. I worked with Chris and he was exceptional. Very knowledgeable man. Took my boys bikes in for repair. Went over each bike to every detail about repairs and made suggestions. This will be my exclusive bike shop. Go check this place out.
