Trek Bicycle Lancaster

Have been frequenting this location for years and have always had a pleasant experience. Purchased 3 bikes here, trading in was no hassle. Highly recommend this bike shop.

The customer service at this store is top notch. I came in wanting to get new bikes for my wife and myself, but had a million questions and wasn't sure which way to go. Everyone who helped us (particularly Matt) went out of their way to find the bikes that best suited our needs. They also helped me get all the gear/racks off my old bike and onto the new one. These guys seem to actually care, and oh, there's a corner of the store where our kids could color and enjoy some candy canes while we were shopping, which was awesome.

A friend needed a small bike part, fast. GOT TREATED LIKE A CUSTOMER! WILL RECOMMEND & BE BACK! Most of the few negative reviews have a proper reply from this business: they care. DISCOVER THE FREEDOM OF BIKING ON A QUALITY BIKE!

Definitely my new bike shop. Recently bought a road bike and while I didn’t need too much assistance, my wife got an e bike at the same time and the team was very helpful and informative, as neither of us have had an e-bike before. My previous local shop often “pushed us out the door” but Trek Lancaster was helpful not pushy, and I could have walked around the shop for hours. (Good thing because it is unbelievably stocked with bikes, parts, apparel, accessories) 10/10 experience

Not happy: I bought a new inner tube here last week. It went low pressure before I even rode the bike. My wife and I rode the Enola Low Grade rails to trails for about 7 miles when i noticed the tire they "repaired" was getting low so we turned around and before we could get back to the car I had ruined my tire. When I took the wheel back for repair they charged me for the defective tube (1 week old) but new tire also.

I appreciate the great service I get from a knowledgeable staff - every time I'm there.

Matt & Rob are the BEST. They are so helpful and they both really care about each customer. I made the mistake of buying a bike rack for my car somewhere else and it was a disaster. I called Trek Lancaster for advice because no one else would take the time to help me. Matt was willing to look up parts for me even though I didn’t buy it the rack there. Needless to say I returned the other bike rack and that same day bought one from Trek lancaster. Matt helped me put it on my car and showed me how to use it. This bike rack is so much better than the one from a big box store. I will never go anywhere else but Trek Lancaster!

My first visit to your Lancaster store was my first and will not be my last! Rob helped me choose a car bike rack that I will be able to lift and attach by myself. He also guided me to choose the best hitch receiver (Luckily, since I had no idea what I was doing) Great experience!

Great service in my bike after being shipped by online seller. Had it back together and road ready in less than 24 hours.

Bought a bike for my 4 year old. The salesman was great! He removed the training wheels for my son to test ride, then adjusted everything to fit him perfectly. With the trade in and trade up offer they have, it was a no brainer buying from here. I will be returning for the rest of the family soon.

Excellent Service! Friendly staff that greet you with a smile, like they are glad to see you! I'm a newbie to the world of electric mountain/adventure bikes. So I had a ton of newbie questions about cleaning, maintenance, etc. Questions that, frankly, I was a bit hesitant to ask for fear of seeming stupid. But the Trek rep.made me feel comfortable and kindly answered a series of rapid-fire questions. On a different note, I purchases a kickstand. The bolts included were the wrong size. I took my bike to the shop (without an appointment) and they installed a new kickstand for free within 15-20 minutes. Trek does a great job making their customers feel appreciated.
