Tom was super helpful! I went in to get new break pads installed and he let me know that i just needed an adjustment and hooked me up for free! I go here for all my e bike needs and they never disappoint!

The Trek crew have fulfilled the difficult task of catering to the wide spectrum of riders that cycling contains. From the lifelong racer to someone that is stepping back on a bike for the first time in years, I have seen all treated with dignity and respect.

The shop has been a great watering hole for myself to stop in on during rides as well as kill a few minutes waiting for the train. Drew, Idris, Hala, Humberto, Tom, Pete, and so many more have never made me feel unwelcomed or rushed.

The shop has been a great support to the local cycling scene as well offering group rides, race support, and meeting points for many in this community.

I have found the staff to be transparent and honest about the cycling industry as well as willing to compromise and negotiate to help support motivated riders.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. You can test a bike before purchasing one. I enjoyed the willingness of the seller to help me and find options for my needs.

I bought an FX3 Disc which I use very regularly. The team is always ready to listen and reactive for all maintenance matters. Really nothing to say, or rather.is perfect. I've left my bike there twice for repairs. I came across Pete and Tom who took the time to explain what had happened and what they were working on. Great customer experience. And icing on the cake, the store is superbly located and easy to access for loading and unloading your bike. Well done to the team!

Service people were really helpful. Bike was ready in just a couple of days. I have not owned a bike in many years. The Trek peeps answered all my questions.

Trek Manayunk replaced the tires and did a Level 2 Checkup on my 5 year old Trek Domane SL6 at the quoted price and on time. And they were friendly. What more can you ask?

Rented a bike for a few hours and service was simply superb. I had unfortunately made an error in my online reservation (the date I selected was off by 1 day), but nicely enough there was no issue changing it on the spot. The clerk was friendly, made sure I knew what I needed to know about the bike, and genuinely fun to talk to. He also provided good suggestions as to a route (that included the famed Manayunk Wall, the whole purpose of my rental in the first place!) I don't live in the area but if I did, this is the shop I would frequent. And the clerks knowledge and generally great quality of the Trek bike I rented will have me considering a Trek for my next bike purchase. Thanks!

The customer service that I received at this location was incredible. They were very knowledgeable about the bikes I inquired about and were surprisingly offering a great sale on gear.

Purchased my first Domane here late last year and was met with a very helpful staff and smooth purchase process.

Unfortunately the bike had a repeated issue that made for a less than enjoyable first year of ownership. Pleased to say, the team at this store stood by its product and helped me into a different bike.

Picked up a SLR 6 Gen 4 today and couldn’t be happier! Hala, Idrees, and Tom are all incredibly professional and knowledgeable.

On Saturday during my ride I stopped by the store to have my bike inspection done for the 2023 Bike MS City To Shore. During the inspection they discovered that my rear brakes were completely shot. They wanted to replace them but I realized I didn't have enough money on me. While trying to figure out how to pay for this I was going to set up Google pay but couldn't read my phone due to not having my glasses. I asked if I could Venmo one of the employees and David said sure thing. This was so nice of him an really saved me alot of time and aggregation. Great store and even better employees.

I just purchased an FX 5 after riding my prior Trek for 26 years. I am extremely happy with the new bike which has exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed over 26 years and it impacts the rider experience a lot!

I was happy to be working with the Manayunk store manager Drew Christy for this purchase. Drew had previously assisted me numerous times in the Philadelphia Chestnut street store. I was so pleased with the customer service Drew provides that I followed him to the Manayunk location to get advice and guidance on my new bike.

Drew provides excellent information and knowledge that is a tremendous asset to the Trek brand and helpful to the customer in the purchase of a new bike, or for the repair of an old one! He is also very friendly and welcoming which impacts the overall feeling in any store he is managing. It is great to walk into the Trek store and to be greeted with a smile by name!

I have really enjoyed the experience working with the staff at Trek Manayunk. They are friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about their products.

I needed new pedals because of the pedal recall.
I got a seat height adjustment that’s made a huge difference in the comfort of my ride, a thumbs up overview of bike safety with my current bike locks, some information on proper bike cleaning and chain lube, my tires filled and checked AND my new pedals.
