Great service. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.saved me $1000 and i spent $1000.they understand cyclists. UPDATE 6/16/2022.now it's Trek.i thought they were good before? Same great sales (Brock). Service is now unbelievable.they'll get you on the road ASAP.next day @ the latest!

Trek employee in Verona went above and beyond standard customer service. I had brought in a used bike I bought at an estate sale and knew nothing about it.

Purchased 2 marlin bikes and a tule rack on different occasions. Both visits staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful regardless of biking level. Had to order one of the bikes and it came in a timely manner and fully assembled. Products and service are of great quality. Highly recommend!

Loved our visit to the store for a flat tire fix on my son’s kids bike. Paul serviced the bike and was kind and talked to us while we watched! He also caught an unsafe brake wire. I recommend the store. Great customer service.

Was a little worried as I grew up in Verona with Dirty Harry's bike shop. But i brought down my bike to be looked at and I was very happy with their service and cost.

Friendly, knowledgeable and excellent service. They work to keep the cost down on repairs. They also have good hours and inventory - both tough to find in these post-Covid times.

Took my bike in for a 6 month checkup and picked it up 3 days later all shined up and adjusted to perfection, great people at Trek!
