I have lived here for the last two years of my college experience. You get what you pay for. Before I moved in, I was stalked online by my new roommates mother. She then called the leasing office to have me transferred to a new apartment because she didn’t want me living with her daughter. They allowed her request to have me moved without calling my parents or myself. Kate and Brittany, the office manger, authorized this. The only apartments advertised well, are the deluxe apartments. The first day I moved in a was compensated a 25$ gift card because someone had left urine in the bathroom (which smelled awful and I cleaned it myself). My dryer went down last winter, I did not receive a new one for 14 days and had to ask for compensation for an alternative to be provided from the office manger. There was no communication until I initiated it. We recently switched to simple bills for our utilities (please read the reviews for that company). Very difficult location to live in this year for transportation options like the bus. Not all of the staff are professional. Last semester they were dropping our packages off at our door and just leaving them, even when I requested it to be left in a locker or office because it was an expensive package.

This is not a great place to live at all. I have told these people multiple times about the mildew that grows in the bathroom and all maintenance do is paint over it and it grows again shortly afterwards. The apartment was cheaply made. The cabinets constantly comes apart. The stove smokes every time you use it. You can only use one burner. The managers aren’t helpful. One person that was actually helpful was Brittany, I am not sure if she’s a manager or not. Maintenance have came multiple times without someone notifying anyone. Very unprofessional. Do not live here.

If I could put zero stars, I would. Originally signed this lease in early October with my intended roommate to find out that Tremont decided not to put us together even after we had strong accommodations and documents to prove our case in why we needed these accommodations. After trying to come to a solution, their only advice was to sign a different lease and find a relet for mine. Rude staff, outrageous prices, and outrageous mandatory relet fee for THEIR error that they refused to correct.

Not recommend if your budget is plentiful ; I quit after 4 months: dark room, dim lights, untidily washroom, poor ventilation, etc. I have to regularly spray sanitizers over corners & ceilings otherwise I get illnesses from hidden germs & dusts.

I have been living here since December 2020. They have regular community events like pizza parties. They aren't too expensive for the area. The staff are friendly and professional. It is a a great place to live.

Tremont student living is a great place to live if you want to live somewhere close to campus but quiet. You can relax by the pool doing your homework or go to the gym at any hour. One great thing is you can pick up your packages from lockers even when the office is closed!

I love tremont! The location from campus is great, and as long as you plan out your day well you’ll never have an issue getting to campus. I just wish there were more housing options, but I think the renovated apartments are great and I woul recommend this complex to anyone I know!

Great place for the price. I enjoy the design and the layout of the place. Maintenance is good too, but sometimes they don’t really fix what needs to be fix but most of the time they do.

Tremont is a very affordable place to live that comes with many amenities such as a gym, a lounge, etc. The rooms are pretty spacious but I would suggest making a larger kitchen space and to clean the area before people move in. It is not very clean. Overall, Tremont is good for those who are living there for a few years.

Tremont is a great place to live especially for the price. You get a lot with the low price. The maintenance and front office staff are very helpful and responsive. It is actually very quiet here, other than the occasional party or bump in the night. The free gym is pretty cool, nice place to work out. It is really nice that they have basketball courts and tennis courts as well. The couches that are included with the rooms are very comfortable and I frequently see my roommates sleeping on them. The only negatives I can think of are the small kitchen space. Only one person can be in the kitchen at a time without it feeling cramped. We also had an issue with an overwhelming cigarette smell in our apartment which were told was hookah from the previous tenants but we have since found cigarette butts in our apartment. The maintenance staff took care of the smell and no one can smell it anymore when they come to our apartment. The beds they provide could also use some work. Overall, good experience so far.

You get what you pay for, some units are much better than others. Maintenance is usually quick to help and the bedroom space is decent, but the kitchen is a little small.

Very affordable place to live by Penn State! There are definitely some things that can be worked on such as better maintenance between residents moving in and out and better snow care but otherwise great place! Love having my own room and it being very affordable!

I have lived at tremont for almost a year and I love it! It’s very student friendly and you make so many friends. Maintenance is always on top of it and fixes any requests you put in like a day or two after. I highly recommend tremont and plus it’s super affordable and you get your own room!

Hey! My experience at Tremont Student living has been amazing till date. Tbh, I don't want to move elsewhere but, I have to because we are three people and don't want a 4th roommate. Back to Tremont, it is amazing and the staff is super helpful. I love my apartment and I like how fast the maintenance team is as well. People at Tremont help you with whatever you need and are super cool. Tremont had amazing amenities and I'm definitely going to miss having everything so accessibly close to my apartment. Summing it up, a 9/10 experience for sure:)

Fremont is very fair for the price. Located just a couple of miles from downtown, the front office workers have always been polite and helpful
