Excellent selection of frames. Staff provides awesome customer service. My optometrist was knowledgeable and personable. Visited the Temple U location, Malik was so helpful to both my son and I while we were there! My favorite place to go for glasses & contacts.

This was my first time with Trend Eye Care. I've been going to so many doctors who couldn't find me the right prescriptions for my glasses & contact lenses. The frustration of trying on so many different contact brands and prescriptions almost had me giving up. Thank God I found Dr. Chuong! She was amazing and really patient with me. She really listened to my concerns and was determined to help me find the right ones. After 10 years, I'm so relieved to finally found the right prescriptions for my contact lenses and updated glasses! It only took 2 appointments to find the right fit for me. The entire staff was also amazing and super friendly.:)

Really loved my experience at this location. Needed both glasses and contacts and Dr. Chuong was super sweet and attentive. I had a very pleasant experience with Kim and she was incredibly helpful in finding what was right for me. Best eyeglass experience I’ve had in all my years of wearing glasses.

Everyone at Trend is super helpful. I got a thorough exam, and everyone was wonderful and patient in helping me pick out new frames. Tom is an ace at adjusting, and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I'll definitely be back!

Best day ever! Wow, what an experience. The team at Trend Eye Care are the best. From start to finish, I was given personal service and care. My eye examination by Dr. Allie was awesome. The team: Tommy, Alex, Roxy, Sofiya, and Kim were professional and caring. This will be my eye Care facility from now on!

Made an appointment and was seen within a few days. The doctor was very friendly and knowledge and caring with my issues. Alex was very patient and helpful helping me pick out a pair of frame for my new glasses which I love.

I've been using this place for a couple of years now. The entire staff at Trend is top-notch. They've always been friendly, professional, and courteous. I came for an exam the other day. Dr. Belford had me in and out quickly, but I never felt rushed. She asked about my eye care needs, and if I understood everything. They even had my lenses in-stock. I walked out all taken care of, which is what one wants when visiting the eye doctor. Lots of parking is a big plus for me.

Amazing service! I was a new client and we had trouble with my insurance and the front desk secretary was so nice and patient with me. Once I saw the doctor, she was amazing as well. She was so personable and truly cared about me. Overall, every single person there were so kind and caring. They truly made me feel like I’ve been going there forever.

First time here getting services for my girls, and this place is very professional the staff is friendly and very helpful. Don't get confused with those negative reviews, because I have been there and our experience was awesome, they treat my girls really good, we felt very comfortable here. I recommend this place, good prices and excellent costumer service.

I called to schedule an appointment and after giving all my info the lady who answered my call said I was all set. Then when I went there, a guy said they don't accept my insurance and I had to pay $168, although the previous day they said everything was ok.

Great and extremely professional care! The store is friendly, clean, and bright. The staff are very kind and eager to help. Dr. Chuong is a rockstar and super nice and easy to listen to and work with. After my exam I picked out eyeglasses with a staff member who was extremely helpful and patient with me to find a pair that I liked. I had an all around great experience, there is exceptional service here

Absolutely love it here. I never schedule an appointment and I always just walk in. Hatoya is an amazing help and is very intelligent. The wait is always quick and easy. Doctor is friendly and gets right to the point. I highly recommend going here. Amazing staff and doctors!

Wanda is amazing ️️️️️️️️️️️️️️ She made me feel so comfortable. I never wore glasses before and now I have to wear them. She helped me pick out a cool pair for myself and my nephew. I was self conscious about wearing glasses and after talking to her I am ok with it now. Luv You Wanda. Oh and The Dr. Pu is cool too.

Great place! Needed glasses before an international trip seeing as mine had broke the night before. Not only was I able to schedule a last minute appointment but also receive a new pair of glasses the same day

Very professional and extremely friendly. I've moved out the area but this is my eye place and I refuse to go anywhere else. I don't remember how long I've been a customer. But I've gotten contacts and glasses from here on multiple occasions. Rarely do you see a business with so many stars but trust and believe they've earned them.
