GREAT Customer Service from Antoine today to reschedule a series of 3 appointments. He was efficient, patient and kind as to find 3 times back to back in same day - but after scheduling, actually called me back to let me know he found an even better time that accommodated my work schedule. Really great service!

Very disappointed with the “policy” and process for contact lens protocol. This was my daughter’s (a minor) first time appointment for contact lenses. The staff was not helpful in any way to instruct how to insert or remove lenses for a first time user. Her experience was awful and frustrating to say the least. I was instructed to sit in a waiting area. I was not updated while she was in a room down the hall & I had no idea what was happening.no updates for 45 minutes! Causing anxiety for myself and for her! The second visit (we had to return for another “lesson”) I asked if I could come back with her and was *sternly instructed that it is not allowed and it is ” our policy”! This could have been handled in a more gentle way. My daughter has developed anxiety & has had many tears because of the staff and needed persuasion to return for this visit. We are not pleased being treated in this way especially since she is just 11 yrs old!
I feel that this process could have been a much better and more pleasant experience.
The second time the instructor was much more helpful.although the staff in general could use some customer service improvements

Tri-Century Eye Care provided me with the most caring, and
professional eye surgery I was fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to experience!
What a gifted surgeon Dr. Scott Goldstein is …… my gratitude to him is for the remarkable restorative surgery performed on my eye …!

I was accused of cleaning glasses improperly to pay for a remake of my daughter's glasses that she wore for maybe an hour or 2. I've been making glasses for 20+ years so I know what glasses should look like. Also the one eye was cut small. The scratches and eye are Davis fault but I question their inspection methods at tri County for letting those glasses pass

First time to this practice and it was flawless
Very friendly and helpful staff
Dr Wolfish very attentive to history and current issue. Performed a complete exam and explained all aspects of the results, and made sure I understood the results. Explained in detail the course of treatment and arranged a follow up appointment.
I can’t see why anyone would go anywhere else for eye care.

Dr Benjamin, Michelle, and Alyssa are the very best. I had an issue with this treatment before. Dr Benjamin, Melissa, and Alyssa were so kind and patient. They listened to my concerns and alleviated them. I hate shots, especially in my eyes, but the team was absolutely wonderful. They treated me like family! I will be back. Thank all three of you for your care, concern, and outstanding bedside manner.

Excellent care and highly recommended! I have been a patient here for over 20 years and recently started seeing several doctors in the practice for visits other than my yearly check up. I’m very pleased with the care I receive from the doctors and all of their staff. Thank you!

Been a long time patient I will not be going back. It’s August 2022 they are still demanding masks. After I explained they make me sick (massive headaches) the receptionist did not care.

Excellent experience with Tri-Century Eye Care. The physician and office staff are very positive, professional, & respectful of your time (I was called in exactly on time for a 9: 45 appointment), & the post-op checkup was efficient. Very pleased!

Everyone is wonderful. Appointments are honored (no prolonged waits on the tarmac). Pre-exam formalities are handled expeditiously.
As a returning patient (after long time) I was still recognized, and my exam history was intact for comparison and evaluation of condition.
Such concerns as the examining physician had from his examination were discussed sensibly; with options for course of treatment offered honestly.
A complete eye exam properly conducted goes far beyond assessing just health of the eyes. I was reassured that the host of serious maladies discoverable via ocular exam were in fact investigated in the course of the exam conducted by Dr. Patel and those assisting.
I am grateful to those at Tri-Century Eye Care for their professionalism, skill and courtesy in helping to protect and preserve my vision; and the repeated demonstrations of that skill that reassure me I have received the best possible care.

Everyone makes mistakes but these guys pulled a trifecta on me.
I went there for a "consultation" after my Ophthalmologist said I was a candidate for Cataract procedure. Unfortunately, my Ophthalmologist only performs those procedures in NJ and I didn't want to bother with the added travel time from PA.
When I arrived for my "Consultation" I soon realized that I was getting a full blown eye exam. I got out of the exam chair and stated the "exam" was over as I knew my insurance company would not cover two eyes exams in the same calendar year. I was assured that I would only be responsible for the co-pay because they will process my visit as a medical visit. I bought their logic and we completed the exam. I even received a new eyeglass prescription.
The insurance company didn't pick up all the charges and I received a bill for a balance. I called Tri-County and spoke to a very nasty person in their billing department who wanted nothing to do with my explanation as to why I thought they should write off this small balance. All she would say is "We will not write it off, you will have to pay! "
To make matter worse, I decided to use Tri-County's prescription. It was more recent than the one my Ophthalmologist gave me and Tri-County appeared to have had all the latest equipment, so I erroneously thought their prescription would be better. My "new" eyeglasses are barely stronger than the ones I wanted to replace, which are now over 4 years old!
So; 1- Tri-County either misrepresents to their patients, or flat out lies, 2- Their "ability" to scam the insurance company to pay for services not covered isn't as effective as they would like you to believe and 3 - As Ophthalmologists, all their equipment and shinny objects can't overcome their lack of technical skills.
I guess since I haven't paid them in 90 days they have referred my $50 balance to a collection company. I'll contact the collection company and share with them the facts. I doubt it will change anything.
I will personally deliver my payment to the local Tri-County office and share with everyone there my one and only experience with Tri-County.
Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere, I know from personal experience there are better providers available. Find someone who cares and backs up their words.

Doctors are fine. Front desk sometimes very rude. Wait time is RIDICULOUS. There is ALWAYS some type of excuse. A short wait time is to be expected from time to time. My husband and/or I have waited EVERY TIME we go to the office. Today I walked out after arriving at 9: 50 for a 10: 05 appointment and still waiting at 10: 35. Heaven forbid they should hire another Dr.or two. Oh, no, can't do that. That would cut into the profits.
I've been a patient at this practice for almost 50 years. That ended today. In their early years, they were wonderful. The bigger they got, the worse they got.

My whole family and I have been patients for a very long time. I agree with the people who talked about rude reception desk help. There were two women there who were rude to me and others for years. I haven't not seen them there recently, so here's hoping they're gone. The doctors I see now are good. The issue I have is I can never get through to someone on the phone lately. It is absolutely unacceptable wait times. I know these days offices are short-staffed, and perhaps they use a service to answer their phones, but when no one ever answers the phone that isn't a phone service. I've called multiple times to try to schedule an appointment - just a simple checkup for my son - over the past two weeks, morning, afternoons all different times. I've waited anywhere from 13 minutes to over an hour with the music playing and the recording saying, "if you'd like to leave a message. " and no one ever picks up. Tri-Century, whatever you are doing it isn't working. It is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable to not actually answer your patient phone lines! "Longer than usual" wait times are one thing, but this is simply not answering at all at this point.
