I had an excellent experience at the surgery center for my cataract surgery. Dr Pendse and his staff were all attentive. My pre-op and post-op nurses, Allison and Jessica, were friendly and couldn't have been any nicer.

My experience at this facility has been great for my first visit (left eye cataract removal). The team was very thorough on their knowledge & explaining the procedure especially reiterating which eye was being done. Jessica, Elyssa & Amy were welcoming, warm & knowledgeable on ensuring I understood everything. Looking forward to seeing everyone again when I get my right eye done

The only concern I had was when the office asked for the fee for service, I asked did it include the lens and she stated Yes, so I paid half of the fee, not knowing I had to pay the full amount. Then, I received another call after the surgery for the amount of the lens and was quoted a different amount than what the office person stated and the lady seemed to be confused when I started asking questions like “Did the large amount I paid include the lens and the facility? ” She said yes, but I still got a charge & receipt for the lens. So, I’m confused and will be following up.

First cataract eye surgery & it went so well. Dr Richard Prince performed the surgery & did a wonderful pain-free surgery. Next eye in two weeks & know now not to be nervous. Lots of eyedrops to follow & then I'll see everything in a different light! Excellent place for all your eye care needs & the entire staff is very caring, professional & do their best to ensure your safety & care. Love this place! Just had my left eye done and all went as smoothely as my right eye. Dr Richard Prince goes above & beyond to make sure you have the most comforting & relaxing experience. All his staff do an excellent pre-op so you feel safe & confident in his hands. Thank you for taking such good care of me & my eyes. I look forward to enjoying my new visions all around.
