No communication from Service.
No advantage to their "Advantage Program".
Say they checked tires but the pressure sensor light came on as I left their lot. What else didn't they do?

found I had two tires that need to be balanced they were very accommodating thank You very much.

The service technician was Kyle who actually came to me to fully understand our concern with our Camry. He was asked to run some diagnostics to see it there were any codes showing an anomaly. He did a great job and assured us all was working and testing as it should. He also took the proper precautions to prevent soiling to our seats and carpeted floor mats with protective covering. Very competent & courteous young man!

Had to take my Tacoma back before I even hit 1000 miles due to a ticking noise in the front end and rough idling issues they had my vehicle for over a week to tell me nothing is wrong with it. Last time checked new vehicles don't tick and shake. But according to them. That's Normal. I'd be willing to bet if you started a new one off the lot it wouldn't do that. But again "that's normal"

Been in the market for a brand new Sienna for months now, knowing the uphill battle we are facing. I reached out and went through days of emailing, while letting them know I’m around 2 hours north of them so we chose to do all negotiating over the phone. We were told they could do msrp and expect Dec/Jan for a sienna. Perfect- that’s when I need it by! We were then told we’d have to meet with them to give a list of options and put down a deposit to reserve. I said we can go over that on the phone or email and we will move forward with placing the deposit. I was then met with they cannot help me because I’m out of their area.

I told them this from the beginning. I’ve bought a couple new cars and we’ve traveled for them, & this has never been an issue before. We are serious buyers ready to make a purchase and Toyota and their dealers are making it way too hard. I’ll spend my money elsewhere and on a completely different brand.

Clean, efficient, informative staff. Just wish more vehicles in showroom to look at and pass the time. Understand that issue may be with supply chain.

Rich the Service Manager is always an absolute pleasure to work with. I recently brought in a 2017 Tacoma with a paint issue. He had the field representative take photos and document the issue. Rich also took the time to look up my service history and noted I am due for a minor recall replacement of a brake light. He ordered the part and will let me know when it is in and make an appointment. My husband and I will always stand by Toyoya because they truly do take pride in their vehicles and take care of their customers. They go above and beyond the call.

Simple in and out service. Was really convenient, I just got a text saying it was time for service and was super easy to set an appointment. Took it in, easy peasy, the woman at the counter was nice. I chose to wait and it didnt take long at all. Overall very well done

The entire experience was awful, from the 1 way communications (meaning I called th4m, they never called back) to the lack of follow up (they never tested what the "fixed").

I recommend going anywhere else besides this place.

I purchased a rav4 here in 2015. Phenomenal vehicle, staff was great. They were really motivated to sell. Unfortunately, things have gone down hill. Recently I was in the market for a new vehicle and Tri County Toyota was my first and at the time hopefully last stop. I walked in, and was ignored by the handful of employees sitting at their desks and chatting in a sideroom. After about 15 minutes I was finally approached by the one employee actually working. The Tacoma line ended up being too small for my needs and on the way out the sales manager tried to feed me some low energy line to keep my interest. I walked out and probably will never return. Quality vehicles can sell themselves, biggest detractors from car shopping comes from the negative experience with sales people

Took me right in for my appointment. Explained everything. Got free transport back home & again after work was completed back to shop. I was treated well by everyone.

Staff in both sales and service were friendly and courteous. I had to pay more than I expected. When I called for synthetic oil change pricing, I was told $79
I ended up paying significantly more than $100
They never asked if I also wanted a tire rotation but did it anyway and charged for it

I’m still in shock about the excellence of the service at Tri City Toyota. I mean Tom Sivco has to be the best at service and delivery of any sales person I’ve ever met. His patience and diligence in making sure I got exactly what I wanted was just amazingly shocking. To say I’m satisfied with my service and my purchase from Tom and the Tri City Toyota team is an understatement. Did I mention the great rate I got from them… way better that my Credit Union. The whole process was smooth and without a hitch. Thanks team Tri City Toyota
