8 When the mover moved my vanity they didn’t wrap it and a part was broken off.
I asked the owner for a copy of their insurance and he never gave it to me. Wouldn’t even tell me who they are insured with. He is refusing to reimburse me for my broken vanity.
I recently helped my parents move into a new home. It was a local move. Carl and his team were amazing! Showed up on time, worked quickly and greatly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company
I've used these guys several times over the years. Even if u just need them for an hour or so to help move heavy stuff, it's worth it. The guy that owns it is very responsive & uses his personal cell. I recommend them to anyone needing some cool guys to pick things up & put them down! LoL
These guys are so awesome in every way! Last Friday, I learned that I needed to move a bunch of things on Sunday (two days later) that were donated to our children's museum in Christianburg VA from a museum in Erie PA. I called several companies and the only one that offered me any hope that this could happen was Carl from TriState Movers. He quickly looked at how he could juggle his schedule to make it work. Joey and Brian were there promptly at 830am as agreed, and did a very professional and efficient job of getting everything packed securely for us. The Erie museum director was so impressed that she said she may get TriState to more her entire museum contents when the time comes! Can't say enough great things about these guys! Thanks again Carl, Brian and Joey! You rate Ten stars on a Five star scale!

If you want one less thing to worry about during your move, you gotta call Carl at Tri State Moving! I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They arrived on time with an ample amount of supplies to get the job done, they were very respectful, and their quality of work was top notch. They even took the time to cover and wrap every piece of furniture due to heavy rain on our moving day. I showed them what needed to go in the truck in what order and before I knew it, the entire truck was loaded quickly and efficiently. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks again!
We initially booked another company that had great reviews, but then they no-showed on the walk-through and stopped returning our calls. With only two days' notice, Tri State came through in a pinch, and they were awesome! They were hard workers, very professional, and knew what they were doing (we've done big moves many times, so we know the difference).
