Justin did an amazing job on our furnace that was in need of some TLC, We were without heat during a snowstorm and he was responsive and showed up to rescue us. He was very informative about our heating system, very friendly and professional. We will be calling him again for yearly maintenance.

Had Justin out to my home for a water heater issue. Needed a new expansion tank. He came prepared with a new one and all the necessary parts to get the job done. I was also having multiple issues with plumbing around the house. He was friendly informative and professional. I felt comfortable immediately and knew I was in good hands. I have an old house, built in 1910, and I have a hot water boiler with baseboard heat. They put the gas control valve on a couple years ago and it was working great. This time it was working intermittently and I was puzzled. He found blockage in the flu. Cleaned it out, checked out the thermostat for me, made some adjustments to the system and it has never worked better. It didn't break the bank either. Very thankful.

I had the pleasure of working with Justin this weekend on an “emergency” visit. Even in the middle of the weekend he was professional, courteous and took extreme care to ensure I was properly taken care of. Tried-N-True deserves a thousand stars if it were possible. Although they were not the cheapest quote I knew they were the right company for us. Justin asked questions I would have never thought of to figure out which heat system would be right for us. He then did a thorough inspection, going though every inch where heat would need to go. Later, Justin's quote was detailed and he explained his thinking and reasoning through every step of the process.

We only found trouble when we couldn't get financed for the whole project because of our finances. Luckily, what we could get approved for Justin reworked his quote and made every cent count. He worked so hard from approval to final instillation. I couldn't be happier with the quality and professionalism Justin and Austin showed us through the whole process.

I can't wait to install the rest of the units with them, and I certainly cannot recommend them enough! A big thanks to Tried-N-True though and though.

When my dishwasher clogged, Justin came out immediately and was able to pull apart the dishwasher and fix the problem. He was very professional and personable. He also fixed my leaking pipes under my sink. I would recommend his services to anyone have issues with small appliances and plumbing issues!

When we needed work done we got multiple quotes from different companies.

While Tried N True gave us a good price for the work, the main reason we went with them is they were much more thorough in their inspections and diagnostics than any other company, found every issue before giving a quote (unlike other companies), and didn't skimp on anything that needed to be done in their quotes (not reusing old incompatible parts with the new system which again other companies were going to do). We felt much more confident having them do the work than any of the other companies.

Using them paid off. They went above and beyond on all of our projects. So far we've used tried n true to replace our heat pump Hvac system, replace our oil tank and clean the furnace, and fix our sewage grinder pump.

They built new and far better (structurally and visibly appealing) platforms for our oil tank and heat pump condenser unit, added a condensation pump to our heat pump to pump condensation outside instead of into the crawlspace like our old system, and more going above and beyond for our systems that other companies wouldn't do.

We got a maintenance plan with them for all of our systems, and will be using them for all future work or projects as well feel they are far superior to any other company we've looked into so far.
