I was a tenant with Tripalink in year 2022, living is the heart of Squirrel Hill. I had the pleasure of renting an apartment managed by Tripalink Property Management, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I signed the lease to my entire tenancy, their leasing team are very professional and has been nothing short of exceptional.

From submitting maintenance requests to paying rent online, everything was streamlined and hassle-free. The property manager are very responsive. They have 24 hour emergency line and same day maintenance, which made the entire rental process incredibly smooth and convenient.

If you're looking for a reliable and outstanding property management company, Tripalink is the one to choose. I'm grateful for my experience with them and would gladly rent from them again in the future.

I lived in at Tripalink property since I came to Pittsburgh, it makes me feel like home. Excellent living experience! Very nice and patient manager! 24/7 maintenance. Strongly recommend!

Awful experience. Cancelled lease for three Pitt students five months after signing it and two weeks before the end of the end of classes. They never moved in and now they are dragging their feet returning the deposit. No reason was given for the lease cancellation or the delay for the return of the deposit.

Consider ur money gone once u give it to them. They deducted $1000 (70%) from my deposit
