Triple R was great to work with from quote to install of our new roof. We where given a quote for all options requested and install was done very promptly and professionally. The crew was amazing. We did have a few issues that where normally and corrected with no issues. I would like to also comment on the delivery company handling an unforeseeable issue in a timely and professional manner. A rep came out to survey the roof and provide an estimate if I needed to replace it. It started sprinkling rain when he arrived, so he didn't go up. He didn't even pull out a ladder to look at the roof before telling me that I needed a new one and that he'd send an estimate in a few days. Never sent the estimate. I went with a reputable competitor instead, and got my neighbor to do his roof at the same time. I have other neighbors who need to replace their roofs in the next few years, and Triple R will NOT be the recommendation.

Salesman put the ladder on the side of my home and broke off shingles. Found freshly broken pieces of shingles on the sidewalk. Called to have them take care of and now they are claiming they are not responsible. That the latter was put further down the side. So they're saying the salesman could not have moved the ladder after they realized that they damaged? There was no one else that put a ladder on the side of the property. Two other roofers told me to avoid breaking shingles the ladder should have been put up against a gutter. Is it just a coincidence that the broken off Shingle pieces were found days later on my sidewalk? Not honest and or professional. I will take as far as I can to avoid this happening to someone else.

We needed a quick fix on our leaking roof! The office staff was professional and had Travis out to the house the very next morning! In and out in 20 minutes, polite, professional and efficient. Highly recommend and will use in the future.
