Trivalley Primary Care reviews
8I have been seeing Dr. Parke for several years now and am really grateful to be in his care. He takes time to listen to your symptoms and does a thorough clinical exam before providing thoughtful guidance and treatment. His team gets me in promptly when I really need it and I am so appreciative of that as I know how difficult it can be to accommodate with an already full schedule.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve been going to this doctors office for over 10 years now. When I first started it was great and easy to schedule an appointment. For the past 2 years every time I call to schedule an appointment it rings a bunch then sends you to a voicemail where they never return your phone call. If you’re looking for a new doctors office, this is not the place to go. It’s not the doctors faults, they have been excellent every visit. Unfortunately, it’s the front desk when you’re trying to schedule to see the doctors.
I followed Dr Parke to Trivalley from his former place. The staff has always been nice and gone the extra mile. Health care is a 2 way street of communication. I am super happy with my visits there.
Went there 25 years of just been told that they no longer want me as a patient. They claim that I spoke to someone inappropriately, which no one said anything about to me just tried and convicted. I think it’s a horrible, horrible place they do not care about you whatsoever.
Awful place. They did things without my consent years ago with my kids, so I left years ago. My brother and my parents have gone there and recently left. They missed and overlooked major health issues with my dad, a 99% clogged artery for one (after he kept complaining for months he didn't feel right. New doctor found issue first appointment)
My brother who lives at life path, his caretakers said the doctors and staff are awful and was so happy that we gave authorization to switch doctors.
Bottom line:
1. They only care about money (they will keep adding meds and charge for unnecessary things)
2. They absolutely do not care about their patients
3. The doctors are incompetent
4. The office is incompetent
Stay far away
After 42 years with Trivalley it is time to part ways. The office has changed so much in the last couple of years. Shannon the office manager is very rude - gave her three chances but it never changed and her attitude is awful. I am so happy we left if not I believe my husband would not be alive! I was in the ER and tried for 5 days to get an appt - as per instructed by ER. Could not get a call back - changed doctors and was in the new office the same day and the new doctors office staff is exceptional! Wish we changed earlier and save a lot of headaches. Update- there was a health issue that they had records - but never shared or noticed - when I went to the office I had to bring blood work and test results - never had them! Very unorganized staff- their computer system did get compromised and that also made me very nervous -our medical records were compromised and had people calling my pharmacy trying to get controlled drugs in my name- call the office could care less - if we stayed my husband would not be with our family -
I give 4 stars to Dr Parke amazing beside manor, genuinely cares for his patients, and knows exactly what he’s doing. Office staff on the other hand should take a class in customer service some of the rudest women I’ve meet.
