TriValley Primary Care - Franconia office reviews
5I love my doctor. Highly frustrated there is an additional $10 for her to fill out a work form that is literally checking three boxes and a signature at the time of my visit. If this policy persists, I will look for another provider. Also, a little frustrated that my yearly visit ALWAYS has a copay. I am not making a sick appointment. I guess she is managing my prescriptions which have been the same for years. It is nothing but questions, vitals, and a quick listen to heart and lungs. I never get the free preventative visit.
Appointment yesterday was excellent. From the front desk, to the nurses, and with the doctor. My experience was positive and pleasant.
Physicians are fine, but staff's lack of follow up with insurance companies and paperwork is downright unconscionable. I have been begging THEM to reach out to my pharmaceutical insurance after my insurance reached out to THEM multiple times for an authorization. Final straw was that I made an IN PERSON appointment with the medical doctor to go through all my Rx needs since the nurse and staff had done no follow up, gave reception my insurance cards THAT DAY IN PERSON and just recieved a bill from their office saying my insurance believes I have other coverage for that visit (I called my insurance and the phone representative said that's not what they see on their end) and they are charging me full cost. I am fortunate to have an amazing medical plan and have a large network to go elsewhere, but I can't imagine the nightmare of having this place as your PCP and really needing medication or a procedure that required multiple appeals or referrals for specialists to get. I liked the NP I worked with, but I'm tired of the front office staff not doing basic due dillegence.
Be careful and ask to receive a copy of the bill they are sending to your insurance. They billed my insurance and me for services not performed. When my wife and I left the office were told that there was no charge for the service. 15 days later someone decided to create a charge, and we received a bill 3 weeks after we were there. It showed they also double billed my insurance company.
