Trivet, Allentown PA

Soup was good. Ordered chicken parm. With spaghetti. The chicken patties were frozen on-cor patty style, not home made. Side of corn was bland, flavorless. My daughter had a children's quesadilla which was much bigger then anticipated. Not the worst food, but have had much better food at other diners.

Everyone was satisfied with the plates they were served. Our orders were taken very quickly. Only one item we ordered was missing. This could've been fixed if the waitress came back after we received the food.

Clean, friendly service, reasonable prices. We were able to be seated very quickly. Food was average diner food. Crab bisque was very good.

This was the third strike, I gave them the benefit of doubt on two previous occasions where I got totally ignored by the server, if you are person of color it’s worse I’ve read reviews of servers ignoring customers but believe me it’s worse when you are person of color… I’ll take my money elsewhere and as for the sever by the counter on the morning of 10/5/23 you can giggle away with your ignorant attitude it’s 2023 wake up! We all have the same blood that flows in our system

This diner had a great atmosphere, service, and food. It had a really authentic diner feel, from the neon sign, to the seating. Overall, it was a great place to have a quick dinner while out on the road, and I would definitely eat there again.

Excellent restaurant. Our waitress was fabulous.
The only negative us the women's bathroom. The handicap stall was locked and couldn't be used and the two other stalls the toilets were quite low to the ground which makes women with handicap issues have a difficult time getting up w/o grab bars. The toilets should be at least 15" high.

Hostess and server were nice. Diner wasn't very busy when we went so we were able to chat a little with our server. Everything looked clean and the food was good.

My husband and I tried to go to eat dinner on a Sunday evening around Labor Day after I got off of work. There was a couple in front of us. We were greeted by a rude employee who proceeded to tell us they were short help and were closing soon. The couple in front of us was seated by her and when I asked her why they were allowed in she said it was a regular customer. My husband became upset and I pulled him out of there. Sadly we enjoyed going there on a Sunday evening and had become regulars so to speak. We will NEVER go there again.

I have often visited both locations with only positive experiences. However on 9/22 at appx 10am the Allentown location appeared to be having serious problems. Servers were ignoring customers, no host to seat customers. After a 15 minute wait with no interaction from wait staff, my party left. I have never experienced this level of poor service at a Trivit. Other members of the party have now stated they would never return.

The food was delicious and the service was fast. If I were to say anything negative it would be that the prices are higher than other diners in a 10 mi radius. But even saying that you get what you paid for. Overall it was worth the money. I would go back again.

The food was incredible and so many choices. The service we had by Tina was incredible. She was great.

Meh. I'll pass next time. Very bland. Hash browns were under done and cool. Took one bite and almost just left. Are half the wrap, it was ok. I'd of asked for hot sauce but the waitress was too busy hamming it up at the bar.

We usually have a great experience here. However this morning 8/28/23 my husband & I were in for breakfast. Our waitress was miserable. The name on our slip was "Squirrels". She had a bad attitude right from the beginning. I've never seen her before & I hope not to see her again. Maybe be a little nicer & you'll get a tip.

Best eggs over easy I ever had. Scrapple was also made perfectly. Waitress was very nice, attentive but not overly attentive. I come here when I have an appointment in the area. As a single diner, I am sensitive as to how I am treated. I am treated with respect here. I am a person with a handicap and sometimes have trouble getting. The kind man bussing tables assisted me. Even the customers are kind by holding doors and even offering to assist me to my car.

It was good experience, the waiter was friendly, the coffee was fresh, the food was good and fresh

Amazing food! We got breakfast for lunch and it was absolutely delicious! We will definitely eat there again!

Food wasnt bad but the waitress we had completely disappeared and when my wife finally got up to get a refill the server came out from the back and gave a horrible attitude and proceeded to point at us and say stuff to all other employees when we called over the manager lady she continued to do it infront of the manager all because we got tired of waiting over 30 min to get a refill on our drinks
