The room was very small. The bed was very uncomfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. Not even worth what they charge for it. The neighborhood was very cute with different stores, shops, and restaurants in walking distance.

I was satisfied with my room (134). I was a solo traveler and used the room for 3 nights just as a place to sleep. The room and bathroom was very small and spartan, but clean and recently professionally updated. Plenty of electrical and USB plugs. Soap and shampoo are provided. All fixtures, TV, aircon & furniture were newer and worked as expected. No bugs, excessive street noise or rowdy tenants. No coffee maker or chairs provided in the room. Bed had no comforter or blankets, only a sheet and very thin (sheet like) bed cover. Location was great with 24 hour convenience store (WAWA) just across the street. Restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket within easy walking distance. Easy access to I-476. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Yes, I would return again if traveling solo.

Great value and location if you’re visiting and don’t need to be in downtown Philly. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and neat and all we needed for a cheaper 1-night stay that was within 20 minutes of the airport. Also very convenient having a 24/7 Wawa directly across the street.

This is a clean, low budget, frill-free motel room with frig, and plenty of plugs for electronics.
Media is a quaint little town, with a variety if restaurants in walking distance from motel.

Very nice rooms. Stayed there for a couple of nights.
Nice furnishing and clean rooms were sanitized for sure I could see it.
I liked the small usb ports they have on their furnishings.

Excellent room would recommend to everyone. Also value for money.

If I’m going to be honest, this was a decent find for the area! I was slightly apprehensive, because I saw the previous reviews about there being roaches in the location. However, I had my reservation and decided to take a chance and see for myself.

The location for starter is great! It’s about 20 minutes from the airport and right next to a trolley line that can get you downtown for a few bucks. Across the street is a Wawa that stays open and up the street is a Starbucks and Acme (Jewel, Albertsons - grocery store) along with other restaurants and stores; all walking distance within a couple of blocks.

Check in was easy and the staff was nice, and when I got my key, I immediately went to my room to do an inspection. The room was very cute and modern! I was on the backside of the motel on the second floor. My only complaint was there were a couple of cobwebs up on the ceiling and I felt as if the floor could’ve been a little cleaner. The ceiling in the bathroom needed a little work, but other than that I saw no bugs, and had a peaceful stay. Check out was just as easy. The rooms get a 3.5.

The room comes with the basics, including a microwave and refrigerator, but I didn’t have an iron. I didn’t get maid service during the day, but I’m sure if I asked for it, it wouldn’t have been an issue. It was definitely an good value for the area and the property was quiet as well as the neighborhood. I enjoyed my stay.

Three stars for a seedy model but clean. Room had AC and didn't have an overwhelming odor so that was good. The shower worked and only leaked a little bit and there were towels with just a little stains. Not the worst I've seen. Sheets were clean. Pillows were fluffy. Just a couple cigarette burns on the bedspread but it added charm. The TV worked and I couldn't hear anyone in the next room also a plus.

Absolutely disgusting. The room was booked by a family member, in advanced, who had never stayed here before. I’d never stayed in a motel in general but I wasn’t expecting anything fancy. We were horrified when we got into the room. It was INFESTED with roaches. They couldn’t even manage to clean the dead roaches off the wall that were smashed by a previous guest (or maybe even staff.)

When I confronted the front desk, the man behind the counter denied having any knowledge of a roach problem but then contradicted himself by admitting they, “had an exterminator last week. ” So which is it? There’s a roach problem that warrants an exterminator or you don’t know about any roach problem? If we find a dozen roaches in one room, then it’s safe to say they’re in the entire building. That’s how COCKROACHES work.

The following day, the family member who booked the room told me they also confronted the front desk employee, about the roach infested room, who evidently denied ever hearing a complaint from me. A blatant lie. Not to mention they only offered a partial refund despite the fact that we didn’t even SIT in the room, let alone leave our belongings in there for more than 5 minutes.

I rented a room for family members. When they arrived there were roaches everywhere, including smashed on the wall. See pics. They immediately went down to check out. They did not want another room since if they are that thick in one they will be everywhere in that small building. They had a long conversation with the attendant, probably the owner, who told them he had checked the room and didn't see anything, and they had an exterminator there that week. The next morning I went and asked for a refund and was told they had checked out without saying a word. I was told if I wanted a refund I had to go thru Orbitz, since I had booked there. When Orbitz contacted them they were told the motel's policy is if someone is in the room for 10 minutes there is no refund. They are liars and must think there is no accountability. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Small, modern, clean room with the basics (microwave, refrigerator, phone). A+lots of USB charging available in the room. Water in the bathroom had great temperatures. Standup shower$75 with online special. Normal rates is $100. Easy check-in and check-out. Beds could be a bit more comfortable

In a quiet area out the way rooms are clean and nice up to date the manager was friendly and helped with whatever I needed

Modern decor, clean soft linens, good mattress, very clean all around and the staff is very pleasant and helpful! I live locally and am a caregiver to my father so I just needed a timeout and a reset this place was perfect for that!

Although it may look like an ordinary motel on the outside, the inside of the Trolley Motel is clean, safe and super cute! All of their amenities were new and super convenient. I love all the charging ports in the room and the mini fridge! The staff (husband and wife) were super sweet and helpful. I would definitely stay at the motel again. 5 stars!

Room is on the smaller side, but enough to fit two adults comfortably. It's clean inside, and the bed is comfy. Flats screen TV, refrigerator and microwave. Very fair for the price.

Decent small hotel with freshly painted rooms. Nothing fancy. Desk staff was Indian couple they were very nice and accommadating. Hotel is close to everything. Grocery store across the street. Smaller simple rooms. Perfect place to sleep while passing through
