Trone Rental Properties, Hanover PA

So far so good! I absolutely love our new home. Spacious and brand new build, this community so far has been what we were looking for. The ladies in the office never hesitated to answer my many questions and processed our application with speed/efficiency. We were looking for the perfect place for a few weeks as we wanted affordability with style and that is exactly what we got here.

Cali was very helpful in answering all my questions. The property is well maintained, modern, and pet friendly. Easy to apply and well explained conditions. Recommend for anyone who wants peace of mind in professionalism from property rentals.

They pay new lease holders an incentive of money off their next month’s rent for posting reviews. This way, any negative reviews are quickly buried. Ensure to read your lease and compare it to others before signing. Rented from national corporation style landlords who were more reasonable than Trone.

Fantastic experience renting from Trone! Living at Glade Village townhomes. The townhomes are very spacious and well maintained! They are super well insulated and never hear noises from our neighbors, which we appreciate since we have a little one. We love the community feel here as neighbors are greeting each other and look out for you!

Huge shout out to the maintenance team which is very responsive, when we had a request Ryan was there in no time and super professional.

I have been so happy with TRONE up until recently with the maintenance department office. I want to make sure it’s known this isn’t on the workers themselves, they are always super friendly and nice when coming in our home. I am not sure what the deal is with the maintenance department office but they’re giving no warning for major projects that are disturbing to people like me who work from home. I have asked more times than I can count for notice for things that are going to make loud noises because I work from home all day and they never do. I’m thankful they at least take care of the place so that’s why I give it a 2, but I’m really getting sick of days of loud noise and disturbance when I am working with no notice. If I had notice, I could plan my day around it better like working elsewhere. It’s not normal noise when people are power washing or cutting bushes with chainsaws. I have lived at 3 TRONE properties now and have had this issue at this one and the last one I have lived at despite all the requests I have made to have notice for these things.

I have lived at Bowman rd. For 2 years. Everyone involved with this business is a great experience. If I return to Hanover this will be my first stop for rental assistance!

So, I have returned and rented with Trone again. They made my move from out of state very easy. They have been accommodating and a pleasure to work with again.

I am so pleased to be living here at the Residence on Church. My home is beautiful and spacious. The location is peaceful and convenient to work, shopping, etc. The Trone staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I’m so happy I found this place!

Horrible, under Brittany being property Manger. When Donna was there everything was great thats y now that Donna is gone theres so many open rooms. Brittany keep the power trip over head and didnt think abt the ppl she hurts. They evicted me even though they knew they were abt to get 3 months rent and they also knew my partner has major health issues. I mean it's sad when a mateience guy tells you that a woman quit bc Trone wouldn't rent to employees and she ended up homeless with her 2 kids. The laws for landlords seriously needs to be changed. Not every tenant is bad.

I was working out near the road and I was told I couldn't and I was asked to leave. To be fair I was on their property technically. (close to the road) However, Twenty three years in the army. First time I've ever lived somewhere, I was asked to move from a simple workout space. That attitude probably says a lot about how the tenants are treated. Just sayin.

Callie is SUPER helpful and just as friendly. I hope the company appreciates her as much as we did! Any question we had she answered it throughly!

Very very friendly and moving in was very easy. When I moved in the place was spotless. Very nice efficiency.

Well it’s move in time. Definitely the easiest rental process with Trone. Came by to check things out and the place is clean, very well maintained, and ready for me to get in and get comfortable. Absolutely made the right choice going with Trone

The WORST rental properties in the area! Very expensive and property smells very bad! Charged me almost $3000 fine and took my safety deposit when I got my house and tried to leave. Very bad policy and Very greedy people!

They show you an apartment that is NOT the one you would be renting and they don't work with your credit score. I lost my husband and have medical issues and had a rough 2 years. I sold my house and needed place to live, but credit not up to their standard. I offered to pay in advance for the 12 month lease and they would not accept it. Nor would they even rent me a room for a month at the old Mark Stevens while I search for place to live. Had settlement on my house and have no where to go. They have no compassionate for a person when they need or ask for them to work with you.

Trone Rental Properties are the absolute best company to lease from they are very beautiful properties inside and out, fully equipped with the best amenities. They also have the best landscaping and a very clean, peaceful and quiet environment. The application process and move-in is very quick and the staff at Trone are very amazing and professional to assist you with your application process.

Location is very quiet, neighbors are friendly, the unit itself is very nice, new appliances, spacious and roomy. No complaints.
