Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Lititz PA

I've been going to this tropical smoothie for years now and I never had anything go wrong. I went their today and my smoothie wasn't even fully blended. There were still chunks of fruit and ice.they had one job!

My smoothie has little chunks of whatever in it, taste chalky and it feels like it burns my tongue! Never had this problem before: (

Took a little longer than expected, the orders got mixed up in the back. Normally I am in and out of here in about 5 minutes this time it took 20 minutes. Staff apologized and we were on our way smoothies in had.

Great smoothies and good sandwiches. I like that you can customize your smoothie without it being a big issue.

I have came to this location 3 separate occasions. The first time my smoothie was watered down and had no flavor, the manager refused to talk to me he sent out a teenager to fix the problem. The second time the guy serving me had an attitude the whole time, when I received my quesadilla was missing the chicken and he didn't even ring up my smoothie. The third time I just now got a smoothie and flat bread, the chicken in the flatbread is cold as well as I open the bag and there's a bug crawling on the wrapper. I am disgusted by this place. For anyone reading this, please avoid this place.

Very good smoothies and a friendly staff! We got Sunrise Sunset and Triple Berry Oat and they were delicious.

The taste is amazing and everything *seems* healthy. Assuming you get a smoothie bundled with your meal, it is good value.

Great service and excellent smoothies and food. Each time has been a satisfying experience. If only I could get a job along with a clean and orderly place to live.

My boyfriend and I were there for the first time recently. We were disappointed! Their sandwiches were not good. They didn't give him what he asked for. He wanted bacon in his club sandwich and didn't get it. The club was too small to be considered a club sandwich. They didn't give him his soda, he had to get it himself. They charged us over $20 for 2 small sandwiches, a soda, and a smoothie. I thought it was ridiculous! We saw that they had chips. We weren't told whether it came with the meal or not. They should employ adults and not kids. They don't know what they're doing! The smoothie was ok. I've had better elsewhere! We don't plan to come back! We only went there cause I saw the commercial on TV several times and I got curious. Never again! The commercial makes them sound good. What a joke!

I honestly cannot say enough AMAZING things about this place! The owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met/worked with. I have never had a smoothie from Tropical Smoothie before, she asked what flavors I typically enjoyed, then suggested I try the Bahama Mama. I was concerned at first because it was made with coconut (love the smell, just not the taste), however she assured me that I would love it, and sure enough I DID!

I am now hooked on their smoothies, and will definitely be a repeat customer. I may even have to try one of their wraps, or new quesadillas next time I am in!

Smoothies are great here, and occasionally there are valuable coupons you can get in the mail or online. Be sure to watch out for seasonal smoothies like the pumpkin pie smoothie in the fall. The food is so so, but not bad, think Panera reheated fare. Service is relatively quick and friendly. Fun fact: if you're watching what you're eating, you can order your smoothies with half or no sugar. I go here all the time; my wife is in love with the Avocolada and Bahama Mama smoothies.

Whenever I get near a tropical smoothie cafe I usually stop in. This is because everytime I have I have gotten friendly service and smoothies that seem to be made with fresh ingredients. I’ve gotten smoothies elsewhere to deal with rancid tastes, but one thing that has been consistent at these smoothie cafes seems to be fresh ingredients.

Never will I ever go back To this tropical smoothie. I found multiple pieces of tin foil in my smoothie. And I wasn’t pleased at all

The place was busy as to be expected, but when there's about 20 people waiting patiently and you can clearly see into the back prep area, the"kids"working should at least have some some sence of urgency.oh and should probably have the ventilation looked at, the odor stays with you all day.the smoothies were good though.

I love the food and smoothies here but today it make me so mad. I'm in rush and already order my drink. The couple after me already got the drink before me and the cashier ask me did I get my drink? I look at her and said No. In my mind why would i be standing there if I alreday got my drink. So the cashier ask the the kitchen staff did they make my drink. He said making now. What's the heck! Come first but get later.

I insisted on whey protein, the kids working here gave me soy instead. Not very happy at this point since i can't stand soy.

I can't just pick one that I like because every smoothie that I've tried I loved.
Today I'm having the kiwi strawberry it is delicious and refreshing on this hot 86° day.
