They made my drink wrong at another tropical smoothie and they made me a new one! Great customer service!

The open sign is never turned on, their lights are never on. Do they want people to think they are not open so they have less work to do? Whenever I have come to this location they act like I am bothering them when I just place an order for a single smoothie.

I wish I was lying when I tell you the last time I went here staff were all wearing pajamas, playing rap music and refusing to wait on customers. I left. Wish corporate would do something about this location.

Always love the mocha madness smoothies! And I had to get on here to say the young kind black skinned girl working at 6: 00 PM on Friday, October 6th 2023 was absolutely wonderful! Her customer service and her smile were the happiest and kindest I’ve experienced in a loooong time. Management, pease recognize her for her outstanding service!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Last 3 times I’ve been to this store they don’t have their open light on but proceed to be open. Upon entering am told they aren’t making food, but continue to make food for people placing online orders. Don’t waste your time going to this location unless you want rude people and watered down smoothies.

I usually go here on Friday afternoon's to get a smoothie for my girlfriend and myself, I order our smoothies, than my girlfriend notices something from the menu she would like to try, i ask one of the employee's nicely how big the sandwiches are and the looked at me and shrugged him shoulders and he's like "uh, man i don't know maybe someone over there does", i didn't mind, thought maybe it was just him, 4 other people come over and i ask about the Sandwich size, they give me a blank stare and a "what did you just say? " face, i look at him and tell him exactly, " so none of you have any idea what the size of the sandwich is or the portion sizes of the food YOU sell"? Eventually the manager comes over (some bigger African American lady with curly hair) and tells me "sir please, these are all children" sure lady, that guy over there who is as tall as I am with a super deep voice is a child, right, i wasn't yelling or being rude, i simply asked what size the sandwiches are, she proceeds to give me a attitude with a dirty look as if I WAS THE ONE WHO DID SOMETHING WRONG, I ordered the Sandwich and sat down and we ate, the food was good but the service was some of the worse I've ever experienced, if a place is ran with "Children" who don't even know what products they are selling, than its time to evaluate who works at the store so better service can be provided and so that customers are not lost, still deciding if I even want to go back after that terrible experience.

Very slow service, took them 25 mins to make one sandwich and they weren’t even busy. The woman making my sandwich kept scratching her head while wearing clothes and then touching the food immediately. Very gross. Will not return to this location. Do not recommend

Employees that work there are extremely rude. Used to eat here all the time when it first opened.

Smoothies are great and inexpensive, but service has always been mediocre. The staff has seemed disinterested and bored instead of engaged and welcoming.

The smoothies are good but the food? The last two times i went (once in the morning, other time was in the evening) they were out of some ingredient or side. Plus you have to wait a long time, 25-30 minutes. Seems like they are under staffed. It was also hard to tell if they were open, the open sign was off and it was dark.

Editing my original review, this place has really turned it around and is now a regular stop on our daily commute. We go here multiple times a week and the staff know us and our order by name and are always friendly and welcoming. Support local business owners by coming here and you’ll get taken care of.

Don’t come here expecting to get something to eat. Pulled up today around 11: 45 AM and the open sign and inside lights weren’t on. I saw two people walk out with smoothies, so I went in and ordered food. I was told they weren’t making food at the moment. They could have at least posted a sign on the door saying that.

Staff members were so rude/unwelcoming that we didn't even feel comfortable dining in. Absolutely will NOT be returning.

I went to pick up my order and the cashier today in the morning of February 24 2023 was very rude to me giving attitude because I asked her a question I am not coming back to this place, the smoothie is good the service is dispicable

When we showed up it was difficult to tell if the store was open. It was dark and the open sign was not turned on. The person who tried to serve us seemed like she didn’t want to be there, begrudgingly asking us what we wanted. We tried to order food and the immediate response was that anything was going to take “at least 25 minutes”, so we opted to dine elsewhere.
