Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Philadelphia PA

Ordered a smoothie through Postmates, received a text that it was ready for pickup, but the cashier was not able to locate it and said it would be ready in 5 minutes. Went and sat down for 5 minutes and returned to the counter where a different person was now working who also had no idea what I was talking about. Walked out and cancelled order. Won't return.

Smoothie was good. Customer service was HORRIBLE. The manager attitude was bad and it reflected on the workers. Time management needs major work in this store!

Food here is great but you have to have patience it's not microwaved food. They cook it right there in store. Beverages are non-alcoholic but taste amazing. Always get they sugar lime edible straw it's amazing.

First time here and loved it. Chicken quesadillas is awesome. The manager here is absolutely fantastic. Great customer service skills. Great with all people and definitely knows her menu. Will be back

Looking for a good place to get smoothies and food from and came across this place. Spent $38.00 and didn't get the correct meal. My entire order was wrong. Every thing was labeled correctly but the items was wrong. When called to let restaurant know we was told that's because they have new trainee's. This place is a joke.

Wait time is horrible. Ordered online and still waited 20 minutes after the pick up time. Didn't even start making until I had to ask

First time trying you guys, and the smoothies were awesome! I got one regular island green as well as the detox island green. We also ordered a Santa Fe chicken quesadilla and a jerk chicken bowl. It was all super filling! This particular location was a bit slow and unorganized. When I was there it was unclear which line was which and I was standing there waiting until an employee finally directed the crowd. Other than that, everything went well. Prices aren’t too bad either.

Went it yesterday to grab some take out lunches. Had to wait almost 50 minutes to get our food but the smoothies were ready on time. After waiting so long for the food, they gave use the wrong sandwich when the receipt clearly stated the right order. Didn’t want to go all the way back to wait again so we just dealt with it. Smoothies were good, just disappointed.

I usually order from here a lot! This morning my flatbread had 4 pieces of long hair in it: (deff killed the interest in ordering again.gross.plus the smoothies have been super frozen lately.

Great smoothies eith actual real fruits. You can expect to wait up to 5-10 mins when it gets a little busy.

To long of a wait for just 1 smoothie (25mins). Watched as employee put my smoothie in the fridge and then go to server the two people who ordered after me. When I asked about my smoothie he pulled the one he pulled my smoothie from the fridge. My name was not called before he put the smoothie in the fridge and I was standing at the counter the whole time.

I like their items you just have to check and make sure they don't ruin your order if you order online

Breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great smoothies and food! Will turn you into a Health Nut (the name of my favorite smoothie there).

The best smoothies and food in the city! All real fruit and veggies very small price for smoothie. Its so big you can share with 3 people! Fast clean pplote6! No more water ice or wawa for me! Tropical Smoothie for life!

I got a detox island green today and it tasted like water and ginger paste. It was disgusting. I’m never going here again.

I've been coming here since my first year at Temple. It can be slow sometimes but it's worth the wait.

This cafe has lots of healthy options, great service, and environment. I would highly recommend anyone to visit!

Best place to eat healthy! They have great smoothies and food you won’t be disappointed! My favorite smoothies are Açaí berry boost and Island green

One of the best spots for smoothies in the city. Could be a little quicker with making them though.

Food and smoothies are great. Servive is slow and loses your order occasionally by giving it to the wrong person. Happened a lot.
