Amazing gorgeous scene from the lake we went for a wedding ceremony and everything was beautiful perfect

Josie, Tanya, and the Trout Lake team were fantastic in helping us prepare and execute our big day. We were planning our wedding from across the country, and Trout lake was very accommodating planning activities on the few occasions we were able to visit in person. They were extremely communicative during planning, and setting up deadlines for when to decide aspects of the wedding event. They were very transparent with our contract, no surprises. Trout lake had worked with many of our local vendors before, which allowed operations to run smoothly on our bid day. The staff were all energetic and excited to join our experience. Our wedding party and guests commented on how kind servers, bartenders, and attendees were. Of note, we loved seeing the bartenders enjoy our band as much as we did. Service was spectacular and as expected when we discussed how cocktail hour would be done, how food would be served to individual tables, and the timeline for completing key moments like cake cutting, dessert/coffee table, etc. You will be happy with the people you work with at Trout Lake. Regarding the property itself, the venue was absolutely stunning. They have clearly been investing back into the property/facilities because there were several new amenities available at our wedding that were not there when we booked and all were gorgeous! There were scattered rain storms on our wedding day and the venue was completely prepared for shifting to new locations if needed. The rainy day option, we’d like to add, is just as beautiful as the ideal lakefront ceremony locations. This is unique, as many other local venues pivot to less ideal indoor rainy day plans. The reception space is large and accommodated our 7-piece band, a large dance floor, and seating for 115 guests. Trout Lake is ultimately a beautiful, private, and wonderfully maintained property for a wedding. We are so happy we got married at Trout Lake, and that it was the location for some of our most precious memories. 100% would recommend.

Trout lake was the most magical place to have our wedding. Our guests loved all of the details and the whole day felt so authentic and perfect. We will forever be thankful for this venue and shoutout to Bri who helped me feel not stressed at all and helped me with anything that I needed on wedding day!

My husband and I couldn’t have had a more perfect day! For one, Trout Lake is a beautiful venue! The views are spectacular! And the staff… AMAZING! They help you with everything you need and are so accommodating! We rented out the lake house on the property as well, it was the perfect getting ready location for the girls as well as a night stay for my husband and I! There are multiple locations to have the ceremony sight as well! Highly recommend having your wedding at Trout Lake!

Our Wedding was absolutely perfect, even in the rain. We fell in with Troutlake as soon as we went through the gates. The staff is amazing and friendly. Trout lakes is so accommodating and the only thing they focus on is making your big day extremely perfect. We appreciate the attention to detail, the quick communication & and all the hard work they put into their weddings. We only did the ceremony here because of availability, but absolutely love this place. It is amazingly beautiful and the picture perfect place for weddings. They went above and beyond for our needs and offered us a cabin for the groomsmen and a room for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready. They treated us like complete royalty even though we only had our ceremony there. Tanya from the very beginning was so amazing to help us and Kelly was absolutely FANTASTIC. She helped with rehearsal and the day of instructions. She was all over the place giving people flowers, making sure everyone was where they needed, and just ensuring that our day was perfect. I wish I would’ve remembered the tip money (we forgot all tip money and even the DJ money, lol) but the ladies here are so good at what they do. Definitely recommend having your wedding here!

My husband and I recently had our wedding at Trout Lake and every last thing was perfect! The entire staff is wonderful and very attentive to us. The ceremony and following events went smoothly thanks to all of the wedding coordinators and staff. Bri and Tanya were a critical component of our wedding process and the reason my guests and ourselves had the most amazing day. They seamlessly coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure our day went as planned. I wouldn’t have changed a thing about it. The food was phenomenal, the open bar was great and efficient, desserts tasted fantastic. The venue is one of a kind, on a private lake overlooking the mountains and beautiful inside and out. We are sincerely grateful for the staff and I highly recommend this gorgeous venue!

The most beautiful place for a wedding! We had our ceremony in the pavilion, cocktail hour downstairs/outside, and the reception upstairs with the deck overlooking the lake. We also rented the lake house which was not only convenient but made for some great getting ready pictures. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The communication with us through all the details leading up to the wedding was prompt. This place is a hidden gem.

Everyone knows how important their wedding day is. The hours of preparation, planning and stress that goes into it. Trout lake made all of that work so worth it. It also helped that we had the best weather that you could ask for. All of the staff were tremendous. We felt so comfortable with everyone there and they were all so genuine and helpful. Our wedding planners were absolutely top class and made the day go off without a hitch. Everything ran so smooth there was not a single hiccup. Leading up to the day was just the same. Everyone was so responsive and understanding and they made it so easy to plan for the day. Thank you Trout Lake for the best day of our life. I absolutely would recommend this venue to everyone, best venue around!

Beautiful venue, amazing staff, amazing food and very accommodating. All of our guests loved the modern but still rustic feel to the main lodge. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing venue for any of your needs. Tanya was our wedding coordinator and she did a fantastic job. The whole staff was friendly and made all of our guests feel welcomed.

Trout Lake was the perfect venue for our wedding! We knew the moment we toured the venue that it was the right fit for us. Besides the venue being so gorgeous, the staff are so unbelievably friendly and helpful that it made our decision that much easier. The food was great and all of our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the view was! I wish I could give Trout Lake more than 5 stars!

Let me begin by saying we had booked in February 2020, and got married October 8th, 2022. Through the 2 year period that we were booked, Trout Lake had some staffing changes alongside of some additions at the venue. However I applaud the team at Trout Lake because throughout the entire process they remained consistent with communication, clear about any and all things needed, and overall with our questions they were answered promptly. The venue itself is gorgeous. There are SO many photographic locations throughout the property and the inside is equally as beautiful. Perfect ceremony, reception and cocktail areas. We also had rented the Lake House down the road for getting ready and it has a perfect lake view, rustic chic decor, and was the best photographic bridal getting ready suite I could have imagined. We were lucky with a sunny fall day for our wedding but I honestly don’t think there could be a bad day at Trout Lake. Our guests throughout the entire night just kept coming up and saying how beautiful it is and how much they enjoyed the food. Not a single person had anything negative to say about the food and drinks (and you know that’s a big thing at weddings is the food). Everything was just so flawless, I can’t say that enough.

A special shout-out is owed to Kelley and Josie. Kelley and Josie throughout our day not only kept us on time, but they made sure everything (and I mean literally everything) went off without any issues. Kelley made sure we had food from cocktail hour/reception and we never had to even go to the bar for a drink. Kelley even had a drink waiting post ceremony for us. Josie made sure our ceremony and sparkler send off happened how I envisioned it. We never had to worry about a single thing with these two the entire night. They both were SO beyond attentive. I’m so glad these two were the coordinators for our day because I am just utterly grateful for how professional, kind, and just amazing they were throughout our day. Our guests were SO impressed with the staff at Trout Lake.

Months later and people are still raving about our wedding. That should tell you something about Trout Lake. Anyone who I speak to I’ll always highly recommend the venue. Everything was beyond perfect. Trout Lake will forever hold a piece of our hearts. Two less trout in the lake!

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better venue. We got married on October 7th, 2022. It was such a perfect day and it was all thanks to the staff in Trout Lake. We have received so many lovely compliments about our wedding venue and got asked a lot how on earth we came across this gem being we are from NJ. I wanted a Fall wedding so the location itself was beautiful, all the breathtaking views with all the fall colors and their staff was AMAZING. I have nothing but nice things to say about everyone there. They were all so kind, welcoming and loved seeing them enjoy themselves too! Tanya was so wonderful and helpful through out the process. Every question we had was always answered at a timely matter. She was unable to work the day of our wedding but left us in great hands with their team. Josie and Kelley took over and I wouldn't have stayed calm without her and her team. I was able to enjoy every moment as well as my husband. We were catered to every need and always had someone checking in on us so make sure we were okay. We were even treated to our signature drinks right outside the pavilion where we had our ceremony which btw. WOW! So beautiful! The food was amazing! Again, so many compliments from our guests. I love that we were able to add an ice-cream along with out desserts. Everything was set up just the way I wanted and it all looked so beautiful. This venue was just perfection and it was everything we wanted and more. It had that beautiful rustic touch and the additions that they added were absolutely gorgeous. We highly recommend this venue! Thank you so much for giving us the wedding of our dreams!
