Don't stay here anytime near Jan 2024 for a few months. Construction of another hotel means non stop construction noise, beeping trucks, boards slammed down all day. Terrible.
Super small rooms. Terrible breakfast of powdered eggs, barely steamed potatoes. So bad, had to toss out. We stay at Tru all the time. This one was a big no. We had to switch rooms cause the thermostat didn't work. It doesn't work good in second room either.
I would like to add, by time we got changed to our third room on back side of hotel, much is better. The front desk gentleman was super helpful and the house keeping staff is fantastic.
I updated my review as I feel these are just temporary issues, but definitely problems.

This location should be horribly embarrassed by the woman that I spoke to today January 4th at 9: 00 a.m. Who worked the front desk. I was attempting to change my reservation because I was very sick and came down with covid and could not travel for my business trip. She was extremely rude to me and when I asked her politely who the hotel manager was she would not tell me his name. She outright refused to pass me along to his voicemail or provide any details of even his last name so that I can reach out to him and when he was available. I asked her why she was being so rude and nasty and she then hung up on me. Good thing my work calls are recorded on my phone because it captured that entire conversation and this woman hanging up on me and being rude.

Went to check in over nye weekend and was waiting over 20 minutes at the front desk for someone to greet us when finally realizing the women working was asleep on the couch.eventually she woke up and rudely greeted us denying we waited for her to wake up for so long.after FINDING my reservation that i had booked online she told me it was cancelled! For absolutely no reason, other than that she was upset with me because i told her she was being unprofessional! Then proceeded to call the cops on my friends and i saying we were trespassing when we clearly had a room booked for the night.a women like that should not work here or have a job period! Absolutely terrible experience.

After being in the adjoining property Tru isn't worth a savings. And the rooms were modernly awkward

The rooms were clean and appointed properly and the staff was friendly and helpful. Maggie was at the front desk during the overnight and very helpful about the area and things to do. The location was close to our party and a short drive to local bars and restaurants with live entertainment in a trendy environment.
Breakfast in the morning, a "lounge" area with a pool table and TV and a quiet "lounge" area with a TV and outlets for devices if you're working remotely.
Nice patio area outside with a pergola, gas fire pit and seating.
Nice pool and fitness center.
A new hotel is under construction next door so there isn't really "a view", to speak of. But, all in all, a nice, clean place to stay for the night. I would definitely stay again. For the price, I totally recommend it!

Great large space in lobby with multiple spaces. Clean rooms and has what is needed for comfort. They need some more diamond spaces.

Short but sweet, beds were hard as a rock for being a new hotel, no carpeting in the rooms the floors were freezing, bring socks or slippers. They were doing work above my room at 7: 45 a.m. The housekeeper was banging on the door at 8: 30 a.m. And woke me up considering I didn't get in till the middle of the night. The air conditioning was a unit on the wall which blew right on you in bed. Didn't sleep much and left early due to housekeeping. I will not return.

I drove all the way from Massachusetts to visit my boyfriend and I chose this place to stay in. Everything was going good until we changed rooms to stay an extra night and got a smoking fee charge of $265! My boyfriend is a Diamond member and he stays at hotels for work all the time. Nobody was smoking in the room we smoke outside in the car. We talked to the manager yohaira about the charge and she was extremely rude threw her name badge on the desk just so we can get her name. Like I said we would never smoke in the room. Kathy had nothing to do with the charge but she is also rude. If you are a smoker watch out they might charge you even if your clothes smells like cigarettes.

I am disgusted on how the manger is not resolving my issue I had to call corporate and they opened and investigation and tell me how the manager did not bother to communicate with me what so ever didn’t bother to call me after the last 3 messages I have left him. He closed the case and still said it was my fault with out even speaking to me. I don’t know who runs this place but very very unprofessional and I will keep reopening this until he gets in contact with me or my refund has been issued this is ridiculous.

What a pleasant surprise! It's ranked a 2 star, it should be higher. From the start, the experience was great! Front desk staff, Gigi and I forgot the other young woman's name. They were kind and informative. The lobby is beautiful and clean. There's even a pool table! The room was clean and even the products in the bathroom were good. Will definitely be staying again.

The rooms are small, but that was expected. What was unexpected was that a hotel with the Hilton name would serve fake cream (CoffeeMate) instead of half & half. Also, some of the staff were curt/rude to customers. If a lot of kids are staying at the hotel, it WILL be noisy in the rooms.

This hotel is wonderful! Front desk staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast had a huge selection, and the gym and pool both looked very clean. Love that they have full size shampoo and conditioner in the showers as well!

I asked 3time and they confirm but never did
So I was charged more than I should have

Newly built hotel with modern rooms. Pretty good pricing most times I’ve been through. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. No complaints about staying here.

VERY NICE modern hotel! Clean, good food at breakfast and friendly staff! Front desk Megan was super busy, but still very friendly and helpful! Young man cleaning (name started with a Z) was busy mopping, but still very friendly. Nice to see people doing their job with pride and not grumpy.

Very clean and modern hotel, reception was friendly, it has nice big rooms, very accommodating, they serve free coffee 24/7, they have complimentary breakfast, fireplace outside, free parking, pool, 5 start stay

Very new hotel at very quiet area. I spend a night with family for a local event. Love the clean rooms and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. I specifically enjoyed digital key and own selection of room options. Highly recommended and will stay there again for sure.

A little different layout than what I have been accustomed to but very functional and very clean. A little smaller than usual. Breakfast was good.
